“My mom and I was just at this location 6/23/22, the customer service was above and beyond! My mom had alot of different stuff going on her phone, the two team members took the time help all the issues, even took the time to down load a song she wanted for a ring tone. They didn't have to do that!They made us feel so welcome.And also to mention my mom is with a cane I'm on crutches and the young lady right away was getting my mom a chair to bring a chair at the counter so she can sit, and then also was offering me one as well.... “Was not able to resolve an equipment issue at my store in Cerritos so I headed to the Spectrum location in Lakewood. I parked and walked right past the glass storefront. I would have been on Lakewood blvd if employee Alphonso had not ran out of the store and brought me inside. He heard my challenge and located the internet equipment that I needed. The store is clean and cooled. The staff is on point. Alphonso offered a higher level of customer service! He turned a possibly negative review of another store into positive situation for Spectrum and for myself.”
