“I came in here last week to buy my 6-year-old grandson a pair of Nikes since his feet are getting bigger. The shoes fit and he is happy with them. Then I asked him to pick out a pair of shoes that HE liked, which he did. Size 2 was too small, so the young lady suggested the next size up: 2 1/2. He tried those on but told us they were uncomfortable by what I believe was his instep, showing us where he meant. Then I also saw and bought, on impulse, a black tee-shirt, size small, for me. (No way would it have fit me. What was I thinking?) We went back today to return the tee-shirt. After I gave Maribel the tee-shirt and receipt, she said, "Okay. Is this a return or exchange?" I said "Return" and was expecting $12. She said it was only $3.00 and I was like "What?" and she showed me the price tag: originally $12, sale price $3. I laughed and said I would exchange it for something for my grandson and she helped me look. I found some shorts on sale for $4.99. Monserat rung them up for me. Both of them were very kind, friendly, and helpful. So polite!”

“This was one of the most greatest customer service experiences for me. I went to 2 two other shoe stores and both had horrible customer experiences. In this market customer service is what drive sells. When I walked into Shoe Palace I was encountered by this warm greeting by a gentleman by the name of Austan. He asked us if we were finding everything ok. He even offered to bring some selection of shoes out so we could make a better decision. I ended up purchasing 2 pair of shoes for my daughter and son. Austan is amazing at making a connection with the customer and should be on a path to management because he should be educating other on his expertise. Please keep doing business this way it keeps customers coming back. Lastly Austan made me feel like family I'm grateful for this experience today. Keep Austan he is a keeper.”
