“I have a pup with pancreatitis and most lower fat treats she refuses but luckily mishka’s turkey cake is very low fat and my dog is obsessed with the cakes and so am I. The cakes are absolutely beautiful and there are always fun new shapes with different seasons and holidays. The staff is also always so friendly and helpful. Mishka is a must go to if you have a pup in the Bay Area.”
“Such a cute little shop. I only wish that my dog had been with me so that he could experience it too. My dog and I have a deal that anytime I pass a dog store- I bring him home some yummy. I got him a few treats, and a new bandanna. The owner was so wonderful. I will have to come back again and next time I'll bring Truman along”
“Good people, generally friendly and service responsive. They could differentiate themselves by having Associates help with the pet grooming by dropping in and out as needed to make it easier on pet parent to navigate the grooming process.
I like their setup and their willingness to respond. Better than Petco by a lot and not as good as they are capable of being.
Above all a good resourced and safe place to self groom my dog.”
“Chain or not - we are really lucky to have Pet Food Express here in Mill Valley. Best doggie bath around. Tubs always sparkling clean. Plentiful towels. Ample time to wash and dry our large dog. Charles and the team there today were so helpful and friendly. Great to have a place for quick solutions and good advice for our animals.”
“They made my dog the most beautiful birthday cake ever and even the pickiest of the dogs loved it. All the biscuits are freshly made right there at the store, too. “This is what a neighborhood pet store should be. I love this place. I’m glad they moved from San Anselmo to San Rafael. It’s much closer for us and we can get our chicken feed and our dog food. My kids love looking at all the fishes in their tanks and watching the birds, guinea pigs and snakes. You can’t create a vibe like Redhill Pet Through any corporate entity it just comes naturally through neighborhood people and local folks. We love you Elvis. Sir walks a lot only uses red help pet center.”

“Just picked up my pup from the groomer, and WOW, they knocked it out of the park! ?✂️ I mean, just look at him—doesn't he look amazing? The cut is spot-on, giving him that perfect mix of suave and cute that we all adore. They've trimmed around his eyes so he can see the world better, and that little beard of his is shaped just right. It's not every day you find a groomer who gets it right from snout to tail, but this place did. They handled his unique coat like pros, keeping him comfortable and stylish. And he's loving it, too—just lounging there like the king of the castle. Absolutely thrilled with the service and the results! Definitely going back!”
“All I can say is WOW! Our cat has a lot of anxiety and won't even let us clip her nails without a fight. I couldn't believe how gentle and caring the owner was when grooming/giving a hair trim to our kitty. She is truly the cat whisperer! Our kitty let her give her a bath, nail trim, and lion cut without any issues. She made her feel so safe and calm the entire time. We will definitely be back!”

“I can't speak highly enough about Woodlands-Novato. They are just a great team of people who truly care about the well-being of animals (and their human companions)! We had a love-bug foster kitten who was with us for months because we really wanted to adopt him but realized he needed much more activity/stimulation like other kittens/dogs in the home. It was heartbreaking to let him go, but Woodlands helped him find the absolutely perfect new home where he is now very happy and loved. They were all so kind and communicative and it shows they just really care about their work!”
“Great first experience washing our family pet at Woodlands Pet Food & Treats in Greenbrae. What really made our experience great was their extra friending reception and assistance getting set up to wash our dog. They were very helpful and made the process easy. Woodlands washing has 3 stations or tubs. Their tile tubs are nice and deep, easily accommodating a large dog with steps leading to each tub. We got lucky I suppose as there was a station open and we went right in. We had a little issue getting the rinsing water warm but one of the employees came over right away and helped adjust the temperature. They couldn't have been nicer about it. The store itself is nice however the aisles are a bit tight to navigate with a pet. They seemed to offer a good variety of quality products, pretty much everything you made need to take care of your pet. We'll be back again soon for another wash. The price was very fair, $15.”
