“I have used this dealership for over 30 years. I appreciate the excellent service & staff so I was very dissatisfied with my last visit on 8/2/24. When my vehicle was done I noticed the driver side window sun shade was on the dash. The passenger shade was missing the suction cups. The window had been rolled down, the shade inserted & rolled back up. This is how the shade was holding! I was very upset and notified the service technician. They searched the car for the missing suction cups, brought out the mechanic, another service advisor then the manager. After talking in circles manager Arturo Jaimes tells me to go buy the suction cups, bring him back the receipt & he would reimburse me. Why should “I” have to “fix” their lack of care for my personal property. The lack of accountability from this manager was upsetting.
Finally, my service advisor Henry Samaniego came out & took the time to really listen to me. He had checked the video they took of the vehicle upon arrival & confirmed the sun shades properly installed on my windows at drop off. I gave him the Amazon link to replace my recent purchase. He went above and beyond to make it right. He replaced the sun shade’s & notified me when they arrived. THANK YOU Henry Samaniego for your patience, professionalism in your ability to resolve such a minor issue.”

“I had rented their multiple cars for duration of approx 10 months straight, from Nov 23 to Aug 24. Although it’s their job to do their job, I would love to share one of many good experience with them. On 26th Dec early morning at 4am my car needed roadside assistance and it was a time people were celebrating Christmas or in deep sleep and there was hardly any towing company operating at the time due to Christmas or available ones were extremely expensive. The owner Ron came and rescued me. They are good and do sound sensible in terms of the rate they offer cars. Kudos to Senisible team. Yaya, Chris, Jinx, Ericka, Ron and their mechanical team. Thanks, it was good renting your cars. ?? would recommend early comers to America and university students.”

“Hi this post is a little late but I didnt forget. I highly recommend this location. I recently had a reservation for a differnet enterprise location for a large suv for 7 passengers and luggage. (I had to drive family to LAX, day of reservation then planned on spending the weekend in LA to take my daughter to Disneyland) Well day of travel the other enterprise location called at 7:30am and said that unfortunately the vehicle i needed was unavailable and they didn't have anything that would work ( reservation pick up was for 8am) i needed to leave San Diego by 845am to make my families flight. The other location said that they would call around i told them i have less then 30 minutes to find a replacement vehicle. I waited 10 minutes and decided to call around myself. After my third call i got ahold of Tammy Nguyen at the national city location and she was very accommodating and said she definitely could help me out and in the time frame that i needed. I went straight to her location and her and her whole team were so helpful and very accommodating and got me out of their on time. If ever I need a rental again I will reach out to to this location.”

“The vehicle was big and roomie and I appreciate them getting the vehicle I called and asked. However, it was not washed or vacuumed out. The oil was at 22% when the vehicle was given to me.”
“If youre visiting san diego and comparing companies i would highly recommend coming to enterprise. they are a very short distance from the airport not even 5 minutes away and their customer service and quality of cars is so much better than their competitors. DONT make the mistake I've previously made and go to hertz, they were horrible and while i was there many other people were also in the lobby upset. so glad enterprise gave me a much better experience and MUCH better rates. 10/10 would recommend and I will continue using their services from now on.”

“Rick was wonderful. He was on time and had an absolutely beautiful vintage 1951 Rolls Royce for us. My mom organized it, and she was able to choose whichever model she wanted. He came professionally in a suit, provided a towel for our drinks in case of spilling, played classical music for a very nice ambiance while driving, and had a calming and friendly demeanor.”
“Overall a good experience but not without surprises. I selected this company because the price was unbeatable. It's off airport so the company sent an Uber to fetch me at the terminal. I felt like real VIP. Upon arrival at the location, I could hear customers in front of me arguing with the agents regarding insurance requirements for rental. I had the car I was renting covered by Expedia but was told that it did not include third party damage. I was given the option of purchasing the insurance through Economy (at a very high rate) or using my own car insurance to cover the requirement. Luckily I had my auto insurance app on my phone and was able to provide Economy with the necessary information. It would have been nice if this requirement was disclosed beforehand. The office closes at 8PM with the last shuttle back to to the airport at 7:30PM. I had a 10PM flight so I had plenty of waiting time at the airport. Not a big deal for me, just be aware. You can drop the car off later just be aware you have to Uber yourself to the airport. In was given a nice clean car but could have done without the surprises.”
