“From the moment that I got a quote online and booked it. Everything was going well. Great. Customer service, every time I had a phone conversation with them, when I got to Riverside to pick up the truck. Unfortunately, Home Depot's rental funds system was down after a few hours of Home Depot, employees, trying everything, me calling Penske and trying everything. Eventually, I was able to have them run my card over the phone and be able to take the keys and go. Their policy is that they never charge you over the phone, which I understand in most cases, but in this one, they needed to. I don't know if it's the time that we picked up the truck, which was after 1 o'clock on Saturday or because it was such a hassle to pick it up. But my drop-off date changed. Instead of it being Monday, it became Tuesday, and there were no extra charges. Despite the hiccup that we had at Home Depot, everything went great. Every time I use I have a wonderful experience. Ever since I stopped using u haul, they hung my go-to truck rental place.”

I thought that i had taken all the pictures I needed to take from the app. Anyway i was upset about the discrepancy, but your manager made things right and I really appreciated that. It was wasn't about the money it was about good honest business and that was done right. Thank you”
