Vacacies, shady retailers, not well lit at night and parking lots full of pot-holes.
Not Terra Nova. Parking lot remarkably well maintained. Great sit down and fast food restaurants. Two great sporting goods stores. Smart and Final is always clean and organized. Plenty of parking. Plenty of banks. An Einstein Bagels which I love. A wonderful local coffee shop. I feel fortunate to live close by. All I can say is this center is very well managed by a professional and experienced property management company. Thanks for that ?”

I bought the nicest living room curtains that I am actually going to turn into kitchen curtains because I loved the print of this curtains. It will be easy to do and was a great price of $19.00 and of course got a few more things from store. This store has lots of things for your house. People who work there are always friendly and helpful.”

“Cynthia behind the men’s fragrance counter was extremely helpful, kind, and courteous. The cologne that my fiancé wanted was not in stock, so she went out of her way to find it in another location. When we told her we are from out of town so we weren’t able to go to another Macy’s, she looked for a sample size of the cologne in another department so he could at least have that. And she brought me a sample size of another perfume for me to try too!! I thought she was so sweet! Thank you for the great customer service!!”
“This is more about Vision center. Customer service is great. I picked up my glasses in August and they cracked in October. They replaced my frames that day. I was not without glasses for any time. Happy Customer.
P.S. if you don't know where the center is located because you missed the tiny stand right as you enter. Turn right, go past registers, and halfway down look for hanging Vision sign and go right to enter center. If you get lost ask a nice person in red.”
“This Target located at Grossmont Center is two story store. It is easy to forget that the main entrance is the 2nd floor. I was stuck momentarily in the elevator because I was pressing the "2" and the door just kept reopening. After 2 or 3 tries I realized I was already on the 2nd floor. I did finally make it to the first floor as that is where the mens department is located.”

I wanted to share my wonderful experience at the Big Lots located at 6145 Lake Murray Blvd. I visited yesterday around 1:42 PM to pick up some curtains for my living room and bedroom, and I was absolutely delighted with the service I received.
As I was checking out, the cashier was incredibly polite and friendly. What made my day even more special was when they offered me a $5.00 coupon off my next purchase of $15.00 or more, simply for making a donation. This kind gesture truly brightened my day and exemplified the excellent customer service that keeps me coming back to this location.
I frequently visit this Big Lots for odds and ends, as well as for my decorative needs, and I always leave satisfied. However, this particular visit stood out because of the exceptional service and the thoughtful coupon offer. The staff at this store consistently go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.

“Of the best Rosses I have ever been to in my life. Girls who checked it out was one of the most fast speedy and efficient ladies I have ever seen she single-handedly was taking care of an entire line and did so and just a matter of minutes.. kind and courteous, and still manage to get her job done. This particular location had a lot of good clearance. My only complaint is I came in for fancy gallons and maybe it's just not the right time of year. The store was very well-maintained and the security at the front was a very nice young man.”

“My experience is with the Amazon drop off. Do pay attention the return is further inside the store. Not near the door. Bring a cart if you have a big item. The return went quickly. They had two agents. Even though the line was pretty long. Store seemed nice and well stocked. Although I ran in and out. And you get a store coupon if you do an Amazon drop off. Come early.”
