“This review is primarily for Elizabeth at the El Cajon store who got my warranty approved and I was finally able to replace my damaged couch after two months of getting the runaround from their extended warranty (Reguard) customer service line overseas. I called every week and got nothing except to wait and wait with zero updates. Finally decided to try to talk to someone at the store directly and Elizabeth helped me. I explained the situation, she called Reguard right then, and they told her it was approved. I could not believe it. It was only once I went into the store and did something about it that Reguard decides to approve my warranty and replace my couch. Could’ve been coincidence, but the lesson here is that Elizabeth is awesome, and avoid the extended warranty”

“We came into this location looking for a particular leather arm chair we saw on their website. We were immediately greeted by Marie, very friendly and extremely helpful. We looked around a bit unfortunately they did not have the chair we were looking for on display but Marie was able to order it for us and gave us a great deal which included delivery. The overall experience was wonderful and Marie went above and beyond to assist us in our purchase. Highly recommend this location look for Marie she is very friendly and overall just makes it easier to shop.”

“Extremely satisfied. Given my fascination with copper, with Gabi's help, I chose a live edge round tabletop that had a crack, so it could be filled... with copper! Jeanine did a fabulous job, but that's just because she is C3 accredited at the highest M3 level. (reminder - C3 = Certified Copper Craftsperson, M3= Molten Metal Marvel). Could not be happier with the quality of the result, the amount of choices, and the all around good energy flowing from that place.”

JD, the owner, met us 1 on 1 (or 1 on 2, I guess) and showed us our options, was extremely knowledgeable on all things sleep related and was absolutely no-pressure in his approach. I feel like we got an amazing deal - leaps and bounds better than the 'well known' stores around town - and we got the added bonus of supporting a small local veteran owned business. We LOVE our new sleep system (Posh & Lavish mattress + adjustable base w massage). We are slowly figuring out the settings to help us sleep best and alleviate snoring and it is going well. We haven't slept this well in a very long time. JD was extremely communicative throughout the whole process, from financing to delivery. I really cannot say enough about how happy we are with the whole experience. Do not waste your time at those other big mattress/furniture companies...THIS is the service and quality you're looking for!”

“I normally do not write a review; however, I am compelled to write one now. If I could give a higher review, I certainly would. The shopping experience with them was good. But what stood out to me was the customer service. After purchase my couch ended up getting a tear, so I called the insurance coverage that I had purchased at the furniture store. The insurance company for some reason was unable to fix the tear on the couch. I ended up calling Elite Furnishing and spoke with Jesse the GM and he was extremely helpful. He made phone calls to the insurance company on my behalf trying to follow up with them. Once the insurance company said there was nothing that could be done. The GM was able to find an exact match in Texas, had it delivered overnight and he personally came to my house and installed it himself on their own dime. This was beyond customer service, and I know they didn't have to do this, but they believe that the customer should be taken care of.
I know that when I need to purchase more furniture, I will without a doubt return here.
