Rudy, at the Mission Valley store, was fantastic! Great at explaining our options, patient as we tried LOTS of different recliners, SO helpful when it came to fabric choices and just fun to chat with! We really recommend LaZBoy - from past experiences with their furniture AND for shopping with Rudy!

Ali was very patient & supportive during the buying process. When the original color sofas were on back order she quickly found me what turned out to be a better option.
