“I went to the Ashley store to just “look around” with no intention of buying today. My friend and I checked out many sectionals and had some questions. Jessica was our person! She’s a trained and experienced designer and she quickly applied those skills to help me select the perfect sectional. She was knowledgeable of their products, material, density of the cushions etc. I was concerned on the size and she took out her tape measure to make sure what I was thinking was going to be a perfect fit. She was convincing me that it was time to buy. The best part is that she went to bat for me with her manager and got me a killer deal! I really appreciate her thoroughness and her customer service. We had in mind a Tempur-Pedic and after getting a sense of sleep habits and needs Abraham the salesman showed us and explained the different models. After selecting the firmness that we liked Abraham also showed us other mattress brands. I appreciated that there was no pressure to pick a brand, model, or price point. “Extremely satisfied. Given my fascination with copper, with Gabi's help, I chose a live edge round tabletop that had a crack, so it could be filled... with copper! Jeanine did a fabulous job, but that's just because she is C3 accredited at the highest M3 level. (reminder - C3 = Certified Copper Craftsperson, M3= Molten Metal Marvel). Could not be happier with the quality of the result, the amount of choices, and the all around good energy flowing from that place.”
