“WOW!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about Jack! First of all, I want to thank him for taking my phone on such short notice and staying after hours to fix it knowing I wouldn’t have a phone until Monday.
I called him today in a panic as my phone screen cracked and my touch screen stopped working. I told him my issue and he assured me everything would be fine and we would be able to get it fixed. He also gave me such fair prices and was so understanding after I told him my situation. I want to thank Jack from the bottom of my heart for such an incredible customer service experience and for being so prompt & understanding, he fixed my phone in 5 minutes and I was on my way!
