“Absolutely amazing service. This is not my usual store but it was the only one in my area with no wait.I walked in and was immediately welcomed by Ivan Centeno. He had a warm smile and walked us over to his station. I let him know that I was there to add a line to my existing plan. He was more than happy to help and asked for my information. While he was pulling up my account, Ivan took the time to build small talk by asking how my day was and noticing that I had been a customer for 10+ years.Ivan made the changes on my plan and even tested the line a few times to make sure that it was active. He explained the costs that I would see and handed us his business card in case something appeared wrong once I got my bill. It was so nice to see someone who treats you more than a sale and I appreciated all of his help. I highly recommend you ask for him if you ever find yourself at this store.”

He explained and helped out very thoroughly and even assisted my mom with her additional questions. He made such a stressful process easy and efficient. If anyone is every having a problem with Joey they are probably just having a bad day. Joey is the guy for whatever service issue you are having and will assure that you will be taken care of.”
