“Had a smooth move in and sales experience with Ricardo. Space was ready on time, they processed our paperwork in one day, and it seems to be a great value! The app access works seamlessly and the amenities are really great for something that isn't much more expensive than any other storage space. We'll have to see long term if rent raises are reasonable. The squarefootage listed is heavily rounded up as well, so keep that in mind if you need every inch of space. Our was listed 8.5% bigger than it actually is - but just measure when you visit and make sure it works for your needs!”
“Clean not over crowed. Lots of self check out lines only 2 man'd registers at the time, would like to have more. Nothing like a Costco pizza or a hot dog and a drink, what a deal! Always a $100+ trip. Consumerism at its finest. Happy shopping. God bless ?”

“Although it's the nearest Costco to reach from City centre. It's not the usual costco wholesale outlet and lacks the alcohol, clothing, electronics section costco wholesale outlets have. Although it is a free ride on service 600 from down town and a short walk. Check out the one at Alhambra instead if coming from LAX city centre. Bus 78 is direct there”
“Nearest Costco to where I live. Almost always packed, even on week days. The parking lot is large enough but still getting a parking spot closer to the store is a bit different and sometimes chaotic which is why I usually park a bit further away. I recommend finding a spot near a shopping cart return location. It's more convenient and easier to return your shopping cart. For the Costco warehouse, plenty of stuff. Sales run frequently. Staff are usually helpful. The checkout area is a bit cluttered. So when queues form, it gets a bit chaotic but the lines move quickly. The food court area is a bit small. When there's a crowd, things can get a bit chaotic.”

Joey, the service manager, runs that place like a battleship. Professional, responsive, and actually gives a damn about customers, which is getting rarer than a clean porta-potty on a Friday afternoon jobsite. Every question got answered fast, the property was clean, secure, and organized, and shopping was smooth from start to finish.
The store itself, was equally impressive. You can tell immediately when leadership actually supports their team and takes pride in the operation. That facility reflects it. Between customer service, communication, and overall professionalism, they’ve set the bar ridiculously high.
When shopping for groceries and want a place that’s secure, well managed, and run by people who genuinely care, this is the spot.”

Tonight Eric rang me up after helping me get into his line. Above and beyond.
Prior cashiers have been equally helpful and friendly. Today I just happened to save the receipt and it had Eric’s name on it. I wish I had the receipt from the previous cashiers to give them credit as well.
I hope that these good employees do get reviewed recognized raises when merited as good employees what keeps me going to locations.
Overall, this location has good parking. It’s a well stock store it’s clean and the other customers are very friendly and courteous as well.

“Good place checked in got door dropped empty trailer hooked up to loaded trailer got paperwork was out in 45 minutes. One way traffic in shipper makes it easy, can be busy and not much room to get around but be patient and you will be fine
Make sure reefer is full or you will be asked to go fill it up, they are pretty firm on full reefer tanks.”
“Came here for a pickup they made me park in their yard and wait to be called for door, after 3 hours 20 minutes wait they give me a door and loading was done in less than 30 minutes,

“No matter what, this store takes you 20-40mins to check out. It’s uncanny. Either a single cashier’s fighting for their life with a line wrapping around the freezer section or no line but a customer starts some bullshit argument that requires manager. Every. Time. “Love this smart and final, they always have everything I need! It’s 95% a time a one stop shop unless I need something very specific. They have great deals, a clean store, well stocked shelves, self check out isles, good alcohol selection, good frozen section, the grocery seems to be as top notch as their distributor allows, I always enjoy going to this location! One of the best in LA if not the BEST!”
