“The front left side of our BMW X3 had been hit damaging the bumper, fender and hood. Eddie's worked with my insurance and kept me informed every step of the process. Awesome customer service and my car looks better than when we got it. Also the work is guaranteed as long as we own the vehicle.”
“I needed a battery replacement for my van and Nick was amazing. He provided excellent customer service- super nice, accomodating, and knew what he was doing. Happy with my service!”
“Rick was amazing very knowledgeable
super helpful very friendly and professional. I will be returning for parts and services at lincoln auto zone for sure. Highly recommend visiting this location.”
“Phil was amazing! After requesting roadside assistance through insurance, one provider refused to do the tow and left me on the side of the road and Ace was assigned. Phil came to the rescue, assessed the situation and took care of things safely and quickly! In a stressful situation like that, Phil’s calmness and kindness was a relief. Thank you!”
“I Stopped by to get a quart of oil for my vehicle. Since I didn't know exactly which oil to get for my vehicle I asked for help.
My honest opinion is that it was about the best customer service you could ask for considering my purchase. I am super happy I stopped there considering how hard it is to get anyone to care about anybody latley.”
