“Let me tell you, Golf Galaxy needs to have associates like Rob around! I called in and apparently I was given wrong info about turn around time for club repair. I come in to the store, driving from Elk Grove and the only store open late enough after work, I was told the turn around time is about a week out. Usually I don’t mind but needing to use this club for the weekend I was gonna be a bit disappointed driving this far but nope Rob made it happen! Thank you for being able to get my club ready in such a short time and satisfying your customers. I will definitely be back, thank you Rob and Golf Galaxy.”

Employees always hella cool and put you on with everything from skate to fashion. Good deals on all types of brands. Can’t speak on the online orders but you go in person and they always get you right. worth the trip fosho.”

“I bought a tent, a twin air mattress, and a pump. They advised me when I bought everything that if I used the air mattress I wouldn't be able to return it. When I got to the campground, the tent was too small so I knew I wouldn't be keeping it so I didn't open up the other two items. I returned everything back to Big 5 and there was no issues. When it's time for me to buy a bigger tent I will definitely go back.”
