He didn't seem annoyed in the slightest.Stephenie patiently explained how to take medication that was new to us. She was also kind to my niece, which was nice to see.Cassie was talkative and kept a smile on her face while scanning our items. She has a great sense of humor as well.With wonderful workers like them, I definitely had a good experience at Rite Aid. Would definitely recommend coming here for your medication or just to shop around.”

“Bet you are wondering what a guy from Santa Monica is doing in a CVS in Porterville? What? You have never been to Porterville with it's long white sandy beaches, tropical surroundings and relaxed island atmosphere? I know...it's a dream...wake up David! We were filming an episode of "6 hours in Porterville." I know you can't wait to see this exciting production. I am giving them 5-stars because they had availability for a Pfizer Covid Vaccine so I got one last Friday when I stopped in. And the woman who administered it was as nice as can be. Now I bet you are saying, David! you are going to have to drive back there for the 2nd in 3 weeks! No, no, no--they got me an appointment for the 2nd close to where I live. Although if you have ever been to Porterville--you may want to come back here and stay at the Ritz Carlton Porterville. About the CVS Store: Not as well stocked as a CVS store in LA. Large free and easy parking. Just as easy to get your bicycle stolen here as in LA (see my pic). I asked the CVS woman who checked me in for the Vaccine how it went for her? She said--I am not getting the Vaccine unless they make me. I don't trust it. I asked here if she gets the Flu vaccine? Nope. (If I worked in a drug store with sick people coming in all day I would definitely consider getting vaccines.) Next door is a Starbucks with outdoor seating--I hung out there a bit. Across the street is The Habit. They told me that they have a new freezer just for the Covid Vaccines and plan to administer them here for a long time.”

“Went to the store to pick up my prescription and had many questions about a drug I was taking. I was greeted by the pharmacist Manuel and was immediately greeted with a smile. When giving him my prescription I asked him about what to expect and how this will affect me. He answered all of my questions very professionally and was extremely helpful! I feel like I left the store with comfort about my health and a better understanding to why I am taking my medication! Very happy with this store! I will be back!”

This one didn't recognize that I HAD the proper paperwork and my returning the next day wasn't necessary. Although I did. Got the same woman at the same window. But this time she asked the lady at the next window what to do and TA DA ! problem solved and I was on my merry way.”

The downside is the under staffing. GET MORE STAFF. At times they get so busy and they have only 1 person cashiering. Despite that, I've seen the cashiers handle upset customers in a great manner. Also, the parking is horrible when Porterville High School kids get out of school. I don't know why every parent thinks using a store parking lot is the best place to pick up their kids. It's annoying and makes parking difficult. Other than that it's a good store. Cleaner than CVS most of the time.”

“I see most of these are at least a year old. My experience has been different. I had previously had my prescriptions at Walgreens. Typical wait for new meds was 3 days. Then sometimes, after waiting, I'd call and they'd tell me they didn't have the med.When we currently had covid, this pharmacy was the only place that had it. 5 minutes after they got the prescription, it was ready! So I transferred ALL our meds and they have not disappointed! Amazing customer service too! Very satisfied!”

“I come here, I don't go to the pharmacy very often but when I do I don't seem to have the problems that are posted on here. There is a line for the pharmacy and sometimes you have to wait almost 5 minutes. Maybe they have improved since then? Most of them were from 4-6 years ago. I don't see any reason not to come here. A friend of mine says the ice cream from the scoop shop sometimes has a grainy texture to it. I have noticed it too but not all the time. It might be some flavors and not others. Ask for a sample to check first.”

“Ok, yes I know I gave them Four star. I know, I am stocked! This time they did help. I went to self check out and after getting everything together I pay and walk out to my car and head home. After getting home, I start looking for what I went there to get and it's not there. I head back and everything is in shopping carts ready to be put back on the shelves...NOW I payed for this it's on my shopping receipt, so the cashier lady said go back to the car look for your receipt and I will look for your item...I find the receipt she found the item and that's why I gave four stars....
