“I have always had a much better experience at this Lowe's than Home Depot. I came in for lumber and the lady at the register mentioned they were short staffed but someone would be with me in a few minutes. The gentleman who came to help, not only helped get the 12 ft pieces off the bay, but helped cut, and walk out and load other bulky items I purchased into the truck. The customer service was top notch and greatly appreciated.”

I had an excellent experience with the store manager, Nelly, who provided outstanding customer service. She also informed me current store promotions and offered helpful suggestions regarding Drywall taping equipment .

“I just went to our local Livermore, Benjamin Moore paint store, and they were able to exactly match my old paint within five minutes. I walked out with a perfect sample to test with my existing walls. The service was spectacular and so much better than the service I received from Sherwin-Williams with the same paint match challenge. Even with the existing container of paint, Sherwin-Williams would not give me an estimated date that I could pick up a sample of a paint match. The master at Benjamin Moore created a perfect match in five minutes it cost me $7 dollars (sample). I am sorry I did not capture the name of the employee that helped me, but he truly was customer focused and knows his paint!! My new favorite paint shop in Livermore.”

“Mary was an absolute delight-super sweet, friendly, and helpful. While I was sitting down for a bit I watched her greet and assist numerous other customers with so much joy and such an eagerness to help it genuinely made my day, and I'm sure it made theirs too, they were smiling and laughing when they went to the checkout.
