A huge thank you to her, because she made my experience a great one. She was so helpful and helped me figure out my tough situation. So glad she was my banker, wouldn't have wanted it any other way. “I always recommend Citibank to anyone who complains about their own bank and is looking to change things up as far as banking goes. Citibank is super student-friendly, and they can help you and your family manage your funds together, or separately. For students, they have the Citi Thank You College student card, which is my very first credit card. 0 monthly charges, which is exactly what every student needs. The last thing we need to think about is unnecessary bills to pay! The tellers are wonderful, polite, and helpful. They helped suggest paperless checks, although I prefer the physical ones. Outside, there are two ATMs that run quickly and efficiently, as well. They provide the option to email your statement, that way you don't lose it. Great bank, great service.”

“This bank & this branch specifically is fantastic. I only wish I could give 10 stars instead of only 5. The level of customer service I received from both Gary and Gina at this branch was of a caliber I would only anticipate being able to access with extraordinary dollar volumes. They offered me the kind of personal care, attention and genuine concrete help that even the most prestigious banking client would be happy to pay for. Both Gary and Gina went above and beyond to make sure I was able to close on an out of state property in a timely fashion. Due to errors on my end, the funds were not scheduled to be available until a week after the scheduled close. But thanks to the pro-active follow-up of both Gary & Gina in manually coordinating efforts with their back office and the institution from where the funds were coming from, the funds were released so that I was able to close timely. I am truly grateful for their excellent service. I HIGHLY recommend this bank and this branch!”

“I have never had a problem with service at this bank. I often go in to get foreign currency and they are super fast to fill my orders. I always ask a month in advance- just because I'm OCD- but they always fill my order in a few days. The building is in a convenient location for people on this side of town and there is plenty of parking. I like that they have ATMs available both outside and inside the main doors.”

“Good service seems to be a thing of the past. Overall, 7-11 isn't known for having good service or good employees, in my experience. I stopped at this location yesterday and found that this isn't the typical 7-11 and the young lady working there isn't your typical employee. The store was clean and the clerk was friendly and helpful. After our brief encounter, my day felt happier as she was so pleasant. Good parenting most likely played a big role in her life. Thank you. I don't live close to this store but visit Livermore fairly often. I look forward to stopping by again.”

She answered every question before I even asked and made me feel really comfortable & reassured that I have a someone to reach out to if any questions or concerns do arise.
