“Chaotic at first, as long as your willing to wait your turn for assistance, you will get the help you need. I was there midday during the first few days of the fall semester. I got everything i needed with friendly staff who know their stuff. Just plan to do something while you're in line if you go during the first week. Just too many students at one time is mainly causing the long wait. Irregardless, the staff were understanding, respectful, and took the time needed when they were able to assist me.”
