Had Been waiting for store to open at 5:45pm on busy saturday and a storeperson told me to wait till 6:15 and even after 6:20pm door was still shut.
I am a regular customer and store manager sheila knows me well.
Its so unprofessional that customers are waiting outside and doors a locked, no one in the store either.

customer service is not that good, one staff was ready to help me check out the item, but then just left and talked to another customer after knowing that I just buy something cheap there...so rude.

All the other stores open at 10:00. It’s past 11:00 this store is still not open. The employees have bad attitude
