“The Old Navy retail stores already offer many reasonably priced clothes. The Old Navy Outlet Store in San Francisco Premium Outlets has even better prices. The store does not differ significantly from their retail stores. The clothing looks good. The store is well stocked. The employees are also as friendly as those in all Old Navy retail stores. You only pay less money.”

They really understood my mission and came through with great customer service. They had no problem running to back and bringing out peices that really helped narrow things down. “High end luxury brand. Salvatore Ferragamo. The shop is in the San Francisco Outlet. There is a security staff that stands at the door to open and close it for customers. No snatch n grab on their watch.
The staff including security was terrific. Helpful. A staff member will approach you to offer assistance. I spoke with her and told her I was going to browse. No pressure. She was never too far away, the shop is not that large in physical size, so that was understandable. She was helpful without being intrusive. She provided great customer service.
I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.”
“They had amazing holiday deals and had super cute items “put together” like a Jean jacket and hoodie under it. It was so cute I bought both! The staff was super nice and helpful, helped me find sizes and answered any questions I had. They also told me about their deals going on. “My family likes to check out the Superdry stores whenever we visit any city or shopping center. This one in San Francisco Premium Outlets is no exception. The store is packed with so many clothes that it is hard to walk around inside. They have deeper discounted products all the way inside the store and offer a much better price. Make sure you check out this section when you're there.”
“I had a really great experience at this store thanks to Tasha. She was extremely patient helping me pick out a pair of shorts and hiking boots. She must have brought out 5 or 6 different pairs of boots and helped me choose the most appropriate size and colorway for what I was looking for. I rarely write reviews but she really stood out to me. It was close to closing time but I didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all.
Overalls I just really appreciated her service and felt more than happy to make my purchases because of it.

“J Crew Factory provided terrific customer service. Everyone was outgoing and proactively asked if I needed assistance. For me, I rather have folks ask then zombie by me. I do not mind if three different people ask if I need assistance. I would mind if staff walk by without an acknowledgement.
The store was clean and organized. There were bargains and sale pricing. But they do not carry petite sizes in the shop. Bummer. However, I was told, that the online shop does.”
