The lady at the front desk (I don't know her name, but the manager knows who I'm talking about) was super helpful and got my order going right away. Her manager was also really helpful and found the items I needed. Both of them are super welcoming and helpful. When I walked in I was greeted at the door, I believe her name was Jocelyn she was so sweet and went back a few times to look for shoes for me. Anthony is a Rockstar! He went above and beyond with making sure I was also finding everything okay and even shared some history on the Vans company. He was so helpful and kind to me and every other customer in the store.

“Favorite place to shop for jewelry and gifts! It's a women owned company that started in San Francisco and has been expanding over the years. Staff is always helpful and friendly.
They carry funny socks, coasters, books, card games, magnets, stuffed animals, etc. They also sell beautiful jewelry, handbags, soaps, lotions, and scarves.
Everything is pricy, but they purchase from vendors that provide a fair wage.
It's a great place to explore and see what you can find or to grab a gift. Love it!”

“We were looking for a pair of boots for my daughter's summer job for a construction company but that could be used for other purposes after this summer.
The service level from the sales person, his name is Andy and was there today, at the store was exceptional. He didn't bother us when first browsing and just asked once if we needed help. But given the wide selection of boots and that she was also willing to look at Men's shoes, we eventually asked for his help.
Andy looked at what she was interested in and disappeared into the back, emerging a few minutes later with four options that we had not seen or considered.
Here's why the experience was exceptional.
1 - low to no pressure sales approach
2 - was customer focused and looking for the best match in terms of our needs
3 - was knowledgeable both about the products in the store and in inventory as well as the systems (checkout was very seamless)
4 - he went above and beyond what he needed to do by letting us stay. Even though the store needed to close. He locked the doors so that other customers couldn't come in but told us not to rush and making the decision about which shoes to buy.”
“High end luxury brand. Salvatore Ferragamo. The shop is in the San Francisco Outlet. There is a security staff that stands at the door to open and close it for customers. No snatch n grab on their watch.
The staff including security was terrific. Helpful. A staff member will approach you to offer assistance. I spoke with her and told her I was going to browse. No pressure. She was never too far away, the shop is not that large in physical size, so that was understandable. She was helpful without being intrusive. She provided great customer service.
I recall the women's shoe section was quite extensive. Gorgeous shoes in variety of styles and colors. Quality material, beautiful leather. But as I looked at the prices, they seem to be the same as retail. I checked later online and it was. This shop seems to be a retail shop vs outlet pricing. To add, there were no sales or specials. I did not buy anything. But before you do, check for the written return or exchange policy before you make a purchase. Make sure it is written on the receipt as well. From the other Yelp reviews, there seems to be an arbitrariness of the execution of the return/exchange policy.”

“This review is for Emily, one of the store's employees. On 12/8 I visited the store and Emily was the employee who offered to help. I was about to leave after spending one hour figuring out what style and size fit me, and then Emily showed up and addressed all my needs in one minute. “The staff at this store were all very friendly and helpful in finding sizes. If an empty fitting room was locked from the inside, an employee would come to assist. The young man at the checkout was particularly helpful; he was very efficient and had a wonderful attitude, so I ended up buying more and more, haha. 👍👍👍”

“My family likes to check out the Superdry stores whenever we visit any city or shopping center. This one in San Francisco Premium Outlets is no exception. The store is packed with so many clothes that it is hard to walk around inside. They have deeper discounted products all the way inside the store and offer a much better price. Make sure you check out this section when you're there.”
“Mikaela is an absolute fashion icon. Truthfully i’d be lost here without her style guidance. Never shopped at diesel before and honestly i’ve come back every week since my first purchase. They did not have my size in a style i liked however they ordered me it & had it shipped to my house— the whole staff is so kind and always so engaging. They make you feel comfortable here.”

“Huge shout out to Diane and Ian. It’s rare to get quality customer service in retail these days. Ian greeted us with a smile and told us about the latest promos while offering to help find the right size for something my wife was looking for.
Diane was super helpful giving my wife advice on different things she was trying on and then picked out some additional things she could try.
Beyond that, both stayed past closing time and did not once try to rush us - in fact Diane helped as my wife had a last minute addition. Then she sent us off with a couple of water bottles to boot!

“Visiting 7 For All Mankind at the SF Premium Outlets was hands down one of the best shopping experiences I had that day. I stopped by about 10 stores, and their customer service was by far the best. “Excellent service, great sales people and managers. From now on I will be purchasing my Oakley’s from that store. The Oakley on line service is very disappointing and not responsive or reliable at all. I had an issue with my lenses and in Oakley Vault B166 they took care of it and honored me with a 20% discount.
