“I'm ill with a life-threatening disease, recently diagnosed. I needed a solid team to get me and my wife moved. Based on reviews I chose this company. Comms were good and the schedulers are accommodating. But the highlight was the team that showed up. I want to commend Alex, Paco, Johnathan, and Steve for pulling us through, well beyond what you'd expect; super-long day after an early start! These guys handled our stuff with care, from packing the boxes up to loading and delivery. Strong, good men in a time when I needed strong good men. It was a way longer day than was quoted and Alex made it a point to explain my options before I authorized additional time. And it wasn't like they were dragging out the time, either. Paco is a great instructor; I watched how patiently he coordinated lifts and furniture protection. Chris was friendly and packed up our kitchen with care. Jonathan helps everyone, listens, and cooperates with guidance while also careful. Alex was great for communication and paperwork and also made sense of our office chaos. You don't find many teams like this. Good luck to you, gentlemen.”
“One of the very few storage facilities that have personnel on site all day long. Yes Casey and Jonathan do an excellent job of maintaining my trust in this facility. I have had 1 unit since the year 2010. Recently I rented an additional 5 units temporarily and based on price , security and customer appreciation there was no other facility I would even consider. “Greetings to all who read this. I have used storages throughout my entire life starting with my mom and now in my early 60s. But the experience you receive at a facility is important. I really enjoyed the fact that I was not talking to AI first or someone out of the USA. The way our world has changed it was one of the selling points for me. I love people.
Friday the 22nd, I needed a new place to rent and I saw the ad for Allsafe storage facility and thought let me go look at it. After talking with Dustine in San Leandro and visiting that site for a viewing, I realized I needed an outside unit. So I called again to Allsafe and a gal name Trisha helped me, she shared what they had to offer and what special they have running right now. So over the phone, in like 20 to 25 minutes, I was renting a space.
I landed in the Dublin location. As I needed a lock and had some things to off load, I then meet Mercedes who runs the location. It was a very pleasant experience to work with her and she answered a few more questions that I had and now im all ready to move in.
Thank you to Allsafe for using live real humans to answer phones and the great courtesy I received from Dunstine, Trisha, and Mercedes. Oh initially I spoke with a gentleman from San Jose location I believe who directed me to San Leandro location. I apologize I didn't remember his name.
