The Shoe Palace store in San Francisco Premium Outlets is one of the many shoe stores in the outlet mall. But it carries multiple brands rather than a single-brand factory outlet store. The store is nicely decorated and it's easy to find what I’m looking for. The displays are beautiful. The workers are friendly.

The manager Ryan was extremely helpful and helped me with everything I needed. He said if I can beat him in a push up contest that he’d give me a discount. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t plan on him doing 200 pushups so easily. I only knocked out 27. He has big arms and will help you with a smile.

Marcella Assistant manager and Nick General Store Manager we're awesome. I have two picky teenagers they totally had patience with them. Marcella brought on the vibe out going and dancing while helping at the same time.
