“I was there last night and they improved their system in receiving (RCV). They put a security guard near the rcv cage, and he checks you in. Then he calls someone to help you. I was in and out in under 5-10 mins. Really positive change.”

“We have purchased glasses from Costco for a long time. I never had an issue me or my wife. Recently I was due to get new frames and I did, I tried them on when they came in and all was good.
Over the weekend, they stared to hurt causing a minor headache above my ears - not because of the prescription, but because the frames were just to tight, even though the frames had hinges on them to give a little. Jeanine at the optical department helped me tremendously. She made adjustments, tried them for another week, but unfortunately it did not work. I had to go back to Costco to see what could be done.
Jeanine helped me with getting new frames, and took her time not forcing me to hurry up, but listened to me and I was able to get some frames that will work this time around. I did not know the Costco would do this, as I thought I would have to pay something to get new pairs of glasses.
I had never done this before, but was very Happy to know that Jeanine was very helpful and knowledge able to assist me in picking out new frames.
