“Stopped in because we’ve been looking for a part through 3 stores and Becky was awesome! Found the part, gave us her discount, ordered it and then Dina gave us her recommendation for a mobile mechanic so we can pick up and have the part installed same day. Both were so helpful and informative. Exactly what another woman wants. Highly recommend.”

“Alex and the mechanic were amazing. Super friendly and informative. We thought we needed the alternator replaced but when the mechanic looked, in a matter of minutes, he noticed it was an oil leak causing the problem. We were in and out in a very short amount of time. We are so grateful for honest, fair and competent pros like these guys. I am moving here to Riverside soon and I just found my go to mechanic!”

“Will be coming to this location for my car needs from now on. I own a 2018 Honda Civic and needed a new battery. I tried THREE different Auto Zones, only because they changed my battery for me before. One store didn't have workers, one store told me the guy was on lunch, and the third store was just plain rude to me. Finally, I called this O'Reilly store because it was local and the man that initially answered the phone (Mark??? Sorry I don't recall) was very friendly and helpful and encouraged me to come in. I went in within 10 minutes from my initial call. The man who helped me over the phone was helping another customer so Justin helped me and let me just say... he was so helpful!!! so kind!!! he deserves a raise! he helped me right away and actually gave me advice as to which battery/warranty I should get. He showed me what he was doing and confirmed that everything was attached correctly. His customer service skills are incredible! Thanks so much!!”

“Review I’ve had a great experience at this O’Reilly Auto Parts, and I especially want to recognize Tony for being awesome. He’s always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to make sure you get what you need. Customer service like that really makes a difference. Tony definitely deserves some recognition for how much he helps customers. Honestly, he should get a raise! O’Reilly is lucky to have someone like him on the team. Highly recommend this store!”

“Jio is the man! He helped me when the sierra and slover store refused. He's very professional and knows his stuff. Him and his employees like Angel actually go above and beyond when helping. They deserve a raise. The sierra and slover have had me waiting over a year for a call back from their store/district manager. Even corporate got on them and they still refused to help. Jio should be district manager, he has what it takes.”

“In an area with multiple other auto parts stores. Each is a short distance away from the other . The store is just south of the 5 way intersection . Best part is that the prices in store were the same as online. The store attendant (forgot his name - short older Latin male) he was very nice and efficient.”

“The workers are super kind, super helpful and are always more than happy to help you find your part regardless of whether you’re new to fixing cars or whether you’re a professional. Workers usually have a good knowledge when it comes to working on cars and they’re always glad to learn more. The store itself is pretty much brand new and is next door to smart and final. It is very clean and anytime I need a part it’s usually in stock unless if it’s something off the wall that you need to order online anyway. The parking lot could benefit from some shade like some trees or something but it’s not the end of the world.”

“I want first thank Haden for her professionalism. What a great experience! First I had called your competitor down the street. I was told they had the ignition Coil pack and it would cost $112.00. When I got there they told me that I needed 4 and it would cost $502.00. I had the old part in hand by the way. I drove to Orileys on foothill in Rialto. Haden called to the counter right away and in 10 min I had my ignition coil for $112.00. You are now my go too parts store. Fantastic experience!! Dwayne Davis”

“I had bought some wiper blades from Costco earlier in the week. I went into this store today to see if I could find something cheaper and better but did not. On my way out a staff member Luis asked if I needed any help and I explained and thanked him. He asked if I had them with me and I said yes in the car but didn’t know how to put them on. He offered to do it for me and I said ‘but I didn’t buy them from here’ He said it was ok and came outside and installed them.. that’s customer service!!!!”

“Edgar was super helpful. I’m not too knowledgeable on cars or car parts, but he helped me find what was wrong with my honda and recommended a part, which ended up fixing the issue. If I ever have any issues with my honda in the future, I will DEFINITELY be asking for Edgar to help me out again. Very knowledgeable young man.”
