“I went and got my iPhone XS Max screen replaced here. It was completely shattered at the top right hand corner with cracks going all the way through each corner of the screen. The people here were very kind and were able to replace my screen in about 15 mins or less. I tipped $10 dollars. They are very professional and do very good work. I would absolutely go back for all my phone repair needs. I have had my phone now since the repair for 2 weeks now. I have my phone in a case and have dropped it a couple of times since than and still everything is looking great.”

“Needed to make a payment for a friend and was on a time crunch so I arrived at the store a few minutes before the posted / advertised store hours of opening and had to adjust my errands because no one was there to open the store at 10am. When I did double back the only store employee was not only unenthusiastic but showed no care on her face and it was obvious that she didn't even want to be there. Not impressed had I been a customer or the future possibly of being a customer”

“Patrick was so helpful in this store, I had upgraded my phone last year in December with a different sales associate and was supposed to get a promotion that unfortunately wasn’t applied. I went in after waiting a few billing cycles to see if the promo would kick in and I still had not gotten the promo. And Patrick took care of it. He was professional, polite, attentive and very friendly. I had all of the paperwork given to me the day of the upgrade so he processed the request to apply the promo on my account since the day I upgraded. He even called me back a few days later to let me know my promotion had been approved and had finally been applied and prorated. Thank you very much Patrick.”

She figured out that I was in the wrong messaging app it took her under 10 minutes to figure out a problem that has been frustrating me for years now.
