“So this is for returning the vehicle...we rented the car originally from LAX and it was a somewhat of a breeze, transfer shuttle was way long, helpful hint, take any of the others, most of them stop at the same place give or take a few feet. Anyways, the parking lot to enter is off 6th and palos verdes...park around there and walk to the office to get the 4 digit access gate code to return the car. I have attached pics to show you where you need to enter the gate and drive straight up until you see the attendant. Service was alright, the guys were itching to leave for the day....def a bare bones office. Would rent again as it's about a 15 min walk back to the port to board my cruise. Hertz app made it easy to grab my car without lining up, so more or less they got their system in order. FYI: always take pics when you leave your car, LAX had the new AI scanner system so that I wasn't worried, returning it was old school method.”

“I reserved a low cost compact over the phone. A couple of hours later, I went to pick up- be sure you have the correct documentation, cards included. Staff members were very helpful in answering all of my questions and concerns. (even after I left the location) It took for me about 20-25 minutes to pick up the car, and that was with 3 other parties ahead of me.

I'm back to complete my review. I've returned the vehicle, inspection was done, and inspector thoughtfully executed a survey on my experience. And altogether; Outstanding. This was my first time renting a vehicle, and this Enterprise near Cherry & Willow made this such an excellent experience. Jason (the current location manager) and his capable staff NEVER let me down. I will typically pick up a rental when going on an outdoor adventure to Yosemite, Zion or Bryce National Parks when I want the added volume of an SUV for my outdoor gear. Jason always has a good selection of cars, and if necessary, he will trade with another Enterprise location to get exactly what I am looking for. I have found that Enterprise also has very competitive rates. The cars are always clean and well maintained. The staff is always very efficient in completing the paperwork to get me on my way ASAP. They are always very flexible about after hour returns, if (more like WHEN), Los Angeles traffic delays your return to Torrance. Give them a try. They won't disappoint.
