When I arrived, the person working, Justin greeted me. I saw two Pomeranians that looked healthy and happy. I was able to hold and pet them and was In love.”
“We’ve been attending zoom room in Torrance for over a year now and have LOVED our classes. We have taken advanced obedience, CGC, agility, and scent classes. My pup loves to learn and they are so great for exposing your pup to a variety of training areas. The staff is so friendly and nice. We will continue to take classes with them and support them. My pup rates them 10/10 and we both highly recommend them”

“I've been a customer for a couple decades and I can't speak more highly of this company and the people. I always seem to end up with animals that have special needs, whether it's allergies, or sensitive stomachs, or IBD and Stephanie has been so amazing. When she didn't carry the kind of food that met the needs of my old GSD mix, she did some research and found a good food that he would be able to eat and ordered it for us. I appreciate that they make time for you when you have questions or need additional information. They genuinely care, they are vested in you and you pet thriving together. The staff are wonderful. I love this company and I am so incredibly appreciative of the people. If I could rate them higher, I would.”
“I like the cat food here but have had bad experiences with the stick toys. They break quickly, and I mean within 1-3 days. People at the store are usually pretty nice with helping you find things. One time though I thought I had a coupon for something, so all I said was, "Oh I think I have a coupon." and the employee very rudely said, "You need to print it out." I wasn't pushy about the coupon or anything, it was just their immediate reaction to what I said. I just said, "Oh, um, okay." And bought my cat food and left, feeling confused and upset. That experience still sticks with me even though it was a few years ago because I have no idea why that employee had to be so rude to me about it. I get some people are rude about coupons, but I literally did nothing but say I thought I had one. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, the unwarranted antagonism. Especially as someone that deals with social anxiety and depression, it just made me feel like something is wrong with me for awhile. I get food delivered sometimes and it always goes well and it within the time frame.”
“I can not say enough wonderful things about the two products I have purchasedMy story starts with a rescued wirehair pointer 2 years old that does not like being groomed and always needs it bad re: sticker magnet . Also we have a 9.5 year old Great Dane with arthritis well my beautiful cousin has a rescue called Lucky Dog Rescue of Madera CA she ask others in her tribe about these 2 and referred me to this company ! I can now trim and brush my wirehair easier with cbd drops and my Great Dane is jumping around with chews Miracle Thank You Thank You Thank You”

“Plenty of parking, sponsors local dog rescues, has knowledgeable helpful staff with low turn over. My favorite is the dog washing stations. I have three 80 pound dogs. There is enough time to wash and blow dry a short hair dog, like my two Labrador’s. Not the case with my long hair cream retriever. I just use the full 20mins to wash her, put her in a robe and blow dry her at home. Wish the water pressure was stronger. The shampoos smell great and does not over power. The dryers are powerful. They give you two towels per pet unless you ask for more.”

Came in today looking for some dog food for a picky eater young lady working the front (glasses w pink hair (didnt catch her name :( wouldve shouted her put personally)) was so helpful and informative she provided me with some samples to tryout. “I would go with 5 stars because the Goomers are AWESOME, but I could never really find what I wanted or needed there inside the store. I can definitely count on dog food. It felt small inside with limited options for a variety of things I needed that day. BUUUUT Staff members are super friendly. Nice environment. Clean environment. Plus, THE GROOMERS ARE ALWAYS GREAT TO MY DOG AND I. My dog is a very nervous dog, and she comes out happy every time. SO HAPPY WITH THEM.”
“Extremely happy with Healthy Spot in Manhattan Beach! My golden doodle gets an outstanding cut/groom from Toni and great shampoo and care from the entire team. My dog is in love with Toni! The scheduler is great and the store always looks inviting and immaculate. The management team (shout out to Renee) and the crew (shout out to Bren) are phenomenal! Our family can't say enough about the entire team! We trust them with our sweet Winnie. Much love and appreciation to this amazing and awesome crew!”

“I absolutely love this place . My Buddy Boy a 27 yrs old Senegal Parrot gets a full royal spa treatment when I bring him here, yes he gets mad at me but you have to take care of your bird too❤️. I enjoy spending time with the rescue birds and chat with them as the cat and I walk around visiting with them. Kitty wants a little love too and I’m happy to give it lots of love as well ?.”

“I've been casually visiting different pet stores when I'm out, looking for supplies, treats, etc...for my Betta Fish. This Petco at 537 N. PCH in Redondo Beach had next day pickup on something I wanted, so I revisited it for the first time in awhile. I won't need to go anywhere else in the future! Their selection of Betta food rivaled the total of all the other stores I've visited, including many brands I had never seen before. I left with far more goodies than I anticipated! The store was clean and well organized. And Alex, the employee who greeted us and checked us out, made us feel very welcome. I am so happy I rediscovered this gem!”

“Great place to buy pet food! While this is not the biggest store they have a good selection of products. I stop here to buy Weruva and Open Farm regularly. The staff are always really nice, I've been offered to be helped to my care several times when I bought lots of canned food. One associate even informed me a promotion was going on for the rest of the week if I wanted to come back and get more. I don't ever need any help since I usually come in only to take part in the in store promotions. Store is clean and they have a good selection of non food products as well. I've also done a online + pick up in store order and everything was very organized. Service here is always better than Petco.”

“I really enjoy coming to this location. First off, I want to thank the puppy trainer Daya for leading the puppy training class and providing her expertise. She is very friendly, knowledgeable and patient during our class. She answers all of our questions and motivates me to practice what we learned in class at home. Also, I am so glad they keep the store clean so that my 4 month old puppy can work on social skills and practice safety at the same time. Because of my introduction to puppy training class, I will be signing up for the next level class. Keep up the great work!!! Thank you!!!!!”

It seems somebody took my comments to heart and lowered the price of my favorite cat litter! Their price is even lower than Walmart!
Employees were very helpful but their cat litter was a bit overpriced, even on sale!”
