“The only and main reason I’m leaving a review is for hector. He went above and beyond to make sure I walked out with a new phone, while helping me save money due to unfortunate events back to back. I also want to highlight Ricardo for helping me upgrade my phone during a busy day while having to assist multiple customers. It’s such a pleasant experience to have great customer services when dealing with unnecessary expenses. Would definitely come back to this location”

“I’ve had T-Mobile for years but my wife and I went to switch her and her daughter’s service from AT&T (which is overpriced and terrible with customer service). Marina helped us out and she provided the best customer service I’ve ever seen anywhere. The process took a while because of AT&T making things difficult but Marina was patient and found a way to fix every problem that came up. She explained everything to us and made the whole process so much smoother than it would have been without her. Seriously, I cannot say enough good things about how much she helped us. She is truly the best! If you go to this location make sure to ask for her!”
“I had an excellent experience at the T-Mobile store in Signal Hill and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received.
I visited this location after being directed there by T-Mobile customer service. When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Octavio, who was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely eager to help. I was dealing with a frustrating issue involving T-Mobile phone support and was feeling pretty upset about the situation. Octavio took the time to listen carefully, research my issue, and clearly explain what was happening. Even though the store team ultimately wasn't able to resolve the issue directly because it involved T-Mobile's systems and policies regarding upgrades and promotions, he helped me understand my options and guided me on the next steps to take.
What stood out most was that Octavio never made me feel rushed or dismissed. He was patient, empathetic, and professional throughout the entire interaction. Instead of leaving the store frustrated, I left feeling informed, supported, and much more confident about how to move forward.
I was also impressed when the store manager personally called me after I completed a survey about my experience. He took the time to listen to my concerns again, answer additional questions, and provide even more guidance on how to address the issue with T-Mobile. That level of follow-up and customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
While my frustration was with T-Mobile's overall processes, the team at the Signal Hill store went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. If I ever need assistance in the future, this will absolutely be my go-to location. Thank you to Octavio and the entire team for turning a difficult situation into a positive experience.”
