“My father's phone was stolen. As such, he lost access to his text messages and email. We went in to activate an old iPhone. Nico provided EXCELLENT customer service. He was able to program and install a physical SIM card to activate the iPhone. This allowed me access to restore his email and reset his passwords. Shout out to Nico for taking the time to listen and provide a solution. My father and I greatly appreciate the customer service.”

This was complicated by Verizon due to it being a business plan, but Octavio was amazing and navigated the whole process to make sure I was taken care of with a fully functioning phone before leaving.
