“I had to go here today to resolve a few things. I had been over billed for a data package T-Mobile had given me when I was traveling internationally because my data wasn’t working properly. The rep said they’d comp it and I was billed for it. After bad service and poor connectivity since I’d switched over to regular account from a pre-paid account, I wanted to just go back to my prepaid service.Jennifer Jay helped me and thank goodness she did! We had to call customer service because she couldn’t make this changes in the store but it took 3 different reps, having to explain the situation 4x and close to an hour to resolve! She took care of all of it for me bc she say how they were transferring me around and providing poor service.If it wasn’t for Jennifer, I would have been even more frustrated than I already was.She’s a superstar! Just a ball of positive energy and a real can-do attitude! I literally gave her a hug on my way out.Btw, when I walked in there were at least 10 ppl in the store already, I thought it was going to be a long time before they helped me but the team of 3 including Jennifer were very efficient and I was helped within 10 minutes. Well done!”

“So I got there mid day, two a clock (ish)Walked in and got greeted by a "check in here" screen...... you're number 20...what!?Sigh and with that said they will text you when you are close to get service. I'm a cord cutter, so all I need is a fast internet and an Apple TV and I'm in business. My bundle cost with the Spectrum and Internet was $249 which is insane if you ask me. So I walked out of the store with internet, bumped up to 1G for $86 per month.. wow I saved thousands per year.The gentleman helping me was great I think his name was Jess.”
