“I just purchased an upgrade for my son's phone. Kimberly displayed excellent customer service. The store was busy but she was able to greet and accommodate everyone that walked into the store. She was nice enough to ask if she could ring up a monthly payment from a customer that walked in while we were setting up his new plan. The parking lot gets very busy because it's next to a Liquor store. I will definitely come back to this location if further service is needed. Thank you Kimberly!”

“I went to Tmobile store looking for a pin device to remove the sim card to reinstall to a phone they had sent me. I was a bit shocked when the rep said I would have to buy a phone because that's the only way they get them. Or I can go on Amazon to buy a bundle. I left the store a bit disappointed and thought I would try another place. I ran across ESM and proceeded to ask the gentleman at the counter if they had any. Without hesitation he went to the back and brought one out. When I asked him how much, he said nothing. Might be something simple but i was very grateful. He could have told me to bug off and I wouldn't have blamed him. True customer service and if I lived in area or anywhere in vicinity I would 100% give him my business. Those big corporate stores have forgotten what true customer service is and it's very refreshing to know that it still exists with the local small businesses such as EMS. Thank you very much and if I'm in need of repairs and I am in Southern California, you definitely have my business!”

It took a minute to get down to business only because changes had to be made on my end for my account but the person helping me was very patient.
