“I went in for a visit on 3/24/24, early afternoon. I am replacing my entire shoe wardrobe to accommodate new medical devices that are nonnegotiable, and must fit in the shoes I am wearing. After asking around, I heard Vans were a good start with braces. I went in that day, explained what I was looking for, and was literally helped the entire hour I was in the store, and personally attended to without a break. I tried on more than five styles and more than ten pairs and the folks working were so unbelievably kind in getting everything I needed, even if that meant having the items shipped. I would absolutely shop here again. Best customer service I have received in a long time.”
“Dead Rockers is probably my favorite punk shop in Southern California. I'm an east sider, but always take the time to come over here to Long Beach to visit this cute spot. They have a fantastic selection of everything from pins, to records, to shirts and leather jackets. The vibe in this store is fabulous and there is literally something for everyone here. Such a treat to have a spot like this that I can come to do in-person shopping. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very helpful as well!”

“This has to be my favorite Levi's outlet store. Not only because it's closer to me than the others, but because the workers here are SUPER NICE! They are very welcoming as soon as you step in. They inform you about the deals and sales going in. And they help you with sizing and even recommending certain items. It may not be as big as the other outlet stores, but they have a pretty great amount of items. I ALWAYS leave with something when coming in here.”
“I was at a store nearby and stumbled across Madewell and I'm so glad I did. A friend had mentioned the brand to me before as she knows that company is with sustainability practices are important to me. The staff here were above and beyond! Good customer service is so hard to find these days and increasingly important in an internet shopping driven world. The girls made me feel super welcomed to try on as many clothes as I wanted and I ended up buying a lot of them! I believe I worked with the store manager her name was Airica. She made my shopping experience so enjoyable, made really great recommendations, let me know where I could find alternative colors online, got me alternative colors and sizes to try on, and made me so excited for all of my purchases. Highly recommend coming in store for this shopping experience!”

“My new favorite store! I could easily spend my whole paycheck in an hr here. Yesterday I purchased a candle with real amethyst crystals in it for added relaxation, let them eat cake hand cream which makes you want to eat your own fingers, a beautiful sun hat, etc. I will be back next week. This store has diverse, one of a kind pieces. I also purchased a bowl made by a local artist from sea glass ? The staff is lovely, the pieces can't be found elsewhere, and I promise there is something for everyone!”

My family and I came to eat locally. The business was closed, so I took the opportunity to go window shopping, so I thought of private sneakers.
I'm a huge fan of New Balance shoes, low and behold they had multiple on display, even a new style new balance
I have often wondered what lies behind these closed doors. When I say closed I mean locked ! As we went to open the door. Low and behold, Manny unlocks the door! I had to ask why they were locked. Unfortunately, folks can walk in and out without paying. So doors are kept locked.
Personally, I enjoyed my 40-minute shopping experience alone with my family having Manny to ourselves to ask questions regarding New Balance shoes. I may have never bought one pair, let alone two pairs, without his personal assistance.
I seen these very new new balance shoes, half open grey shoes on the shelf. Manny mentioned these were their newest in store. He brought me 3 different pairs until I had the perfect fit. I'm taking them @ $150.00
Manny did the same for my mother in law. She was a bit more challenging in shoe. You see, she is petite with the smallest foot I've ever known for an adult. Manny brought several different new balance shoes. He finally brought out a 4 1/2 new balance 9060 in dark blue shoe (kids) @ $110.00. Add those to my order as well.
Why I like new balance shoes they come Wide, I have a big wide foot. The stability, balance, and shock absorption. Overall, quality shoes are out the door.
Overall experience with Manny and Johnny 5 stars, Atmosphere was poppin' when I was not taking photos I was dancing. The beats were great. 5 stars
