“I went in for a visit on 3/24/24, early afternoon. I am replacing my entire shoe wardrobe to accommodate new medical devices that are nonnegotiable, and must fit in the shoes I am wearing. After asking around, I heard Vans were a good start with braces. I went in that day, explained what I was looking for, and was literally helped the entire hour I was in the store, and personally attended to without a break. I tried on more than five styles and more than ten pairs and the folks working were so unbelievably kind in getting everything I needed, even if that meant having the items shipped. I would absolutely shop here again. Best customer service I have received in a long time.”

“Dead Rockers is probably my favorite punk shop in Southern California. I'm an east sider, but always take the time to come over here to Long Beach to visit this cute spot. They have a fantastic selection of everything from pins, to records, to shirts and leather jackets. The vibe in this store is fabulous and there is literally something for everyone here. Such a treat to have a spot like this that I can come to do in-person shopping. Prices are super reasonable and the staff is very helpful as well!”

“This has to be my favorite Levi's outlet store. Not only because it's closer to me than the others, but because the workers here are SUPER NICE! They are very welcoming as soon as you step in. They inform you about the deals and sales going in. And they help you with sizing and even recommending certain items. It may not be as big as the other outlet stores, but they have a pretty great amount of items. I ALWAYS leave with something when coming in here.”

“We originally came in to find my husband an outfit for sweetheart night and let me tell you we were blown away with the customer care and hospitality we encountered. My husband was feeling shy about going in due to his size but let me tell you right away we were welcomed and greeted with the biggest sweetest smile. Jay was super helpful and went above and beyond. “Cute little shop in the 2nd and PCH shopping center. They had a great selection of hats. We bought a couple of hats and I love that many of their hats have an adjustable strap inside. I have custom hats from Gladys Tamez Milinery and if you're not looking for custom hats that come with that custom hat price tag, this store offers a good selection at a fair price for the quality. I was told they offer hat care services as well, in case you need the crown to be remolding or some cleaning. You can purchase a hat box as well for $10 which I appreciated since many stores don't really offer hat boxes unless it's a Hat store or a milinery. The customer service was great. The guys were really helpful in finding the sizes I needed and sharing any of their knowledge on the hats they had. Parking there is in the parking structure and it's free for the first 90 minutes. Their closer to the parking structure next to Urban Eats and Warby Parker.”

There are a variety of tshirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, jackets, and accessories. From historical Long Beach styles to much more modern pieces, I am sure you will find something to your liking. Make sure to check out the accessories area near the register. You can find some pretty cool stickers and keychains for purchase. I have a few favorites. There is also an area for women and children sizes. Overall, if you are ever in the area (Bixby Knolls), make sure to check this place out. They are always playing the best music and the vibe is so chill. Definitely, the same vibes you would get when it is summatime in the LBC.”

Yesterday I purchased a candle with real amethyst crystals in it for added relaxation, let them eat cake hand cream which makes you want to eat your own fingers, a beautiful sun hat, etc. I will be back next week. This store has diverse, one of a kind pieces. I also purchased a bowl made by a local artist from sea glass ? The staff is lovely, the pieces can't be found elsewhere, and I promise there is something for everyone!”
