“These 5 Stars are not for the branch itself but for two absolutely OUTSTANDING employees! They would be, Mike Mendoza and Stephan Martinez. NEVER have I received such kind, compassionate and in depth assistance at a bank, nor almost anywhere else. Mike started the ball rolling for me by reaching out to the "problem" employee at a Bay Area US Bank branch regarding the transfer of a trust. (I'll will be leaving my review for that bay area employee later). Mike spent quite a bit of time with me, relaying and retrieving details with that bay area branch person and even making a call to the legal department to confirm information.
Next, we scheduled an appt with Stephan. The day of the appt, Stephan called me ahead of our scheduled appointment time so he could be as prepared as possible with information before I arrived. By the time I got to the CH branch, about an hour after our call, Stephan had the issue all cleared up with the other branch and we were ready to handle the paperwork!! KUDOS! Not only that, but it was clear that he was definitely more knowledgeable about trusts than person the bay area branch who would've made at least one critical mistake filling out the paperwork if Stephan hadn't caught the error and brought it to her attention. She clearly needed guidance and I am very THANKFUL for Stephan's expertise!

I went in twice yesterday to complete my transaction and both times I left feeling less stressed. “This Wells Fargo is always so accommodating. I needed assistance and went to 2 other Wells Fargo branches. Tellers would direct me to go on the app. I didn't want to do that, I needed a printout. Lucky for me Emily gave me the paperwork I needed. I told her about my driving to different branches and she was very sympathetic. Great service hours, friendly tellers, clean bank space. There wasn't a line when I got there! Thank you Emily for your polite assistance otherwise I would have to go to Kinko's and try to get printing help there. This branch is pretty far from me, but I will continue to come here.”
