“My husband, daughter, and I stopped by SchoolsFirst Credit Union yesterday to open an account with less than an hour before closing. I fully expected that we might need to come back another day, but the employee who greeted us immediately made us feel welcome, invited us to have a seat, and assured us someone would be able to help us.
Emily assisted us with opening our account, and she was wonderful from start to finish. She was friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain everything while making the process feel easy and stress-free. We never felt rushed, even though it was late in the day.
What stood out most was how genuinely kind everyone in the branch was. Several employees checked in to see if we would like water, coffee, or tea while we waited, and they even asked if it was okay to give our daughter a cookie. Those small gestures may seem simple, but they made a lasting impression and made our family feel truly welcome.
We were in and out surprisingly quickly, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Exceptional customer service has become harder to find these days, and I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team for creating such a positive experience.
