“After reading some of the negative reviews, I wondered what to expect when planning to visit the Loomis branch for the first time. I'm happy to report my experience was quite positive. The teller was professional, knowledgeable, well-groomed, and had a pleasant demeanor. I went inside the branch shortly before 3:00 p.m., and there was only one person at the teller's window. I waited in line only a minute or so. This branch is a convenient location (downtown Loomis on the corner of Taylor Rd. and Walnut St.), but needs to be remodeled. The black color scheme is unattractive, and the branch shows wear and tear.”
