“I went there last week to get work done on a red 2013 edge. I was helped by Ja’Rhyl (spell?) and Luis. And the rest of the team at this location. They were really kind answered all my questions and helped me with the best recommendations for the services I needed to get my mom’s car fixed. We did break fluid and transmission fluid. I’ve been coming to this jiffy line for years and they always give excellent service and their customer service is always very professional. They are quick and kind. Appreciate you all there. 5/5 stars always. Thankyou for your hard work.”

“Great service. Yesterday I was having an issue with my windshield wiper washer not working so I brough my Toyota highlander for service. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a broken rubber hose and fixed it. The shop owner did not charge me for this service which very kind of him and much appreciated. This was my first visit to this shop, and it definitely will be my go to shop for future auto maintenance and repairs. I highly recommend this shop your service needs!”

“I have only good things to share, and there are a lot of good things about this auto repair business. I am not related to anyone who owns or works there and it was my first time taking my Toyota truck there. The lady (Pearl) who helps run the business side of the shop told me that she's heard some people tell her that it's almost as good as the dealer service... But I even disagree with her because I just took my truck to Toyota service a week ago and didn't feel right about some recommendations. This FNP Auto repair gave me way better service than the Toyota dealer service... The tech here knew more about my truck and was able to give me personal service and even gave me documentation and pictures of the testing strips and the whole evaluation inspection system is completely transparent. I don't write reviews very often, but this is well worth my time to let others know how much better Auto service can be. And turns out the lead tech at this place is somewhat specialized in Toyota as well but I think they work on all cars I'm not sure. Highly recommend for anyone to at least consider.”

“My experience at Glenn's Auto service was great. I was explained everything to where I would understand what my car needed. Also, Mike understood that maybe I couldn't do all the fixes in one time so he broke them down for me and I was able to get it serviced to where I was able to have a drivable car again. I drive from Covina to Downey and back Monday through Friday so i depend on that car. Mike gave me recommendation on what to do next on the car. I will definitely take it back to him. I trust this establishment.”

“I am sooooooo SO HAPPY I found a genuinely GOOD, FAIR & HONEST shop to take my vehicle to. I was very skeptical to try yet another auto shop as I've been raked over the coals, and bent over with no Vaseline so many times before. ? “I dropped my vehicle off yesterday and was told I'd get a call my noon. Come 2pm no call. I called at 2:30 and 4:30. No answer or call back. Today I called at 9am, no response. I drove by at 10 and they are not open on a Friday despite their door saying open 7 days a week. Frustrating I'm left with out a car and no one to communicate with. They reconnected me later and did their best to fix my vehicle.”

“Every single time I visit My Dad's, I leave such a happy camper! Their service is awesome and they're super quick every time, while maintaining transparency! I've been bringing my car here for oil changes and my fiance's had his brake pads switched out here. Every oil change is quick, even on the weekends, and when they even gave me a heads up on the wear of my tires when I got them rotated. My fiance's brakes like to squeak a lot and they check out his brake pads for free too! 5 stars for the quality work, transparency, and all the great experiences!! “sometimes you need to go where everybody knows your name..for me that's here. I have been coming here for many years. My truck is 30 years old this year. I have never had an issue. Please don't put a lot of value on the negative reviews that you read against S&H. Those negative reviews sound personal to me somebody that has a personal problem or other issue with them..for whatever reason. I've never had bad service at S&H. They have always treated me with respect and repairs were done right, shown me the problem, and I was never overcharged. They have always worked me into their schedule, and if it's necessary to be there more than one day, they always lock it up at night inside. Always told me what they were going to do before they did it.”

“Where do I begin! Sam is the most honest and ethical mechanic I have EVER come across. My son was a college student in California while I was living in Arizona and this man and his shop took care of my son and his car when it broke down on him in the most wonderful way. He was so kind and understanding and beyond reasonable with his pricing. It is hard to find an honest mechanic who is so fair in his pricing let alone someone as kind and caring as Sam.
