β4.5 hours at home depot. Problem remains unsolved. Replacement parts not in stock. 20 minutes at Ace Hardware, thanks to Spencer's and Rebecca's help. Problem solved. I will be coming to Ace first for any Hardware needs from now on. That may very well have been my first mistake. Thank you to Rebecca for being patient with me and helping me with plan A, and big thanks to Spencer's for helping me pinpoint the issue I was having and coming up with plan B. The problem was resolved almost immediately after their assistance.β
βNob Hill on CAL Ave. is an excellent hardware store! While small, it is packed with EVERYTHING I've needed. And, they order or bring from the other location if they don't have it at Palo Alto store! :)β

Moreover, you can tell they are truly there to help you. Joseph went above and beyond to spec out my window and door design, and understood the tradeoffs across every choice from sill choice to screen selection. Top notch quality and customer service, so rare these days! Deeply appreciative.β

βSuper excited to have picked up a Yuzu tree from OSH after searching different stores. OSH had the best price by far! The one I picked up was about 4 feet tall and already had fruit on it.

βPV Hardware is the general store for Portola Valley. It has a bit of everything and is a reliable place for your hardware needs. The staff is friendly and the prices are good, especially for this town. Itβs just a bit small and the selection can be a bit limited.β
βJhoan did an Excellent job. I am a plumbing contractor and one of my equipments failed. I contacted US Jetting the manufacturer of my tool and they recommended Garcias plaster equipment company in Fremont. I spoke to Jhoan the Service technician. The guy knows his stuff. The next day after I dropped the machine off, he called me and said everything is done. I went to inspect it. Everything was clean and in working condition thank you. We will definitely refer people to this company.β
βAn easy and convenient local store. Prices are a bit higher than at larger retailers, and the selection of materials is more limited, but it’s easy to find what you need and get in and out quickly. The staff are lovely, knowledgeable, and super friendly.β

βOne of the best garden centers in the South bay. This branch of Loweβs is regularly stocked with a variety of indoor and outdoor plants. As an indoor plant lover, I find myself going to this place on a weekly basis as there is almost always something new in the collection to look at! The store is also conveniently located at a place where it is not too crowded and has an amazing parking lot in terms of space.β
βThe consummate spot for all Stihl, Husky and keeps the tree men with an A Game.
Steve and his beloved wife, Pinroi truly cherish their customers, and are lovely human beings who know you are human, too.
