“My 2month old daughter had to undergo surgery, and I needed to get antibiotics that is uncommon. The medicine I needed was out of stock in this pharmacy and many others. Pharmacists here who worked on Tuesday September 9th, around 6:30PM voluntarily called 10+ pharmacies to check if they had any, and worked this out for me to pick it up from there. I was able to get the medicine i needed with their help. Walmart is lucky to have responsible, empathetic, and talented employees like them. I appreciate your help.”

“Been going to CVS Moorpark location for years now for my pharmacy needs. When I first moved here, I went to CVS near me but had a bad “vibe” about my experience with the staff and that’s how I end up at Moorpark location.
My medications and vaccinations are all filled here. While rarely, ( and I account this as a really busy day for them or maybe staffing was a problem) a staff could be a bit curt , MOST times, they are helpful and pleasant and accommodating.
Consistently is a staff named Erl . He is very courteous and helpful every time he helps me with my Rx.
Can’t say much about the store staff as I don’t have much encounter with them.
The place is clean and easy to navigate. Parking is plenty.”

“This is the first time i came to a Safeway Pharmacy (CVS previously). I called first to inquire about getting a covid vaccine shot. The person over the phone (Adrian) was very attentive, a pleasant surprise. I then went in; both Adrian and the pharmacist Jessica are very friendly - not just with me but with other customers. I had to wait a bit long due to an input error made on my insurance card, but it is ok because they are pleasant to interact with.”

“I hope this message reaches the store manager.I want to star by saying that the store is much better than it used to be . It is cleaner, more organized and it seems like there are more employees working, which I appreciate as a regular customer. However I would like to share an incident I witnessed on Saturday 7th around 5:30pm, I was waiting in line to pay when a customer began yelling at the cashier, the cashier called another employee a young man to help and he kindly offered to assist the customer, unfortunately the customer continued yelling at him, another employee had to step in because the customer became aggressive toward the young man. The employee who intervened appeared to be shaking from the shock of the situation. I felt very bad for the employees, who were simply trying to do their jobs. I also felt unsafe. It made me wonder how often your staff has to deal with this kind of situations. I truly hope the employees are supported and protected in these situations. Given how common incidents like this seem to be in the store, it might be worth considering having security to help protect both employees and customers.”
“This was a quick interaction as I only had one prescription to pick up. Despite this CVS Pharmacy's location, in the middle of an incredibly busy Target Store, the staff are courteous, quick and professional! I've encountered the same service at the CVS in Daly City, Gellert Blvd. and I was incredibly happy to receive the same level of service within this location! I fully understand that businesses have to be aware of how they're rated online but these folks at CVS go above and beyond, from my perspective. Thank You very much!”
