“Sudha and her team did a fantastic job of helping me to ship about 40 boxes from their Los Altos, California store to Blaine, Washington. Many of these pieces were artwork with glass that they carefully wrapped and shipped for me. Also, an old wooden chest that they wrapped and shipped internationally for me. A few of the packages weren’t delivered to an address in Santa Barbara, California. I called Sudha and told her this and she put in a new address that I gave to her and then contacted me to let me know that they had been delivered. Also for the box that was going to London she contacted me to say that no one was there to receive it. And then she contacted me the following day to say that someone was there and they signed for it and did receive it. I just felt that she went above and beyond the whole time. They were very patient and kind. They were conscientious of cost and concerned that it may be more than I would want to spend. I felt that they were very respectful in that regard. Also, because I was there so many times, over the course of two weeks, shipping many boxes, I saw how they interacted with other customers, and they were always kind and gracious and helpful to them, and tried to help people as quickly as possible. It’s also just a very pleasant, clean store in a pleasant Shopping Center. It is easy to park. The parking is free. I almost always found a parking space right in front of the store. They had a cart that they could help carry the boxes in from my car. And they would come out to my car and load them onto the cart for me. They clearly know their trade. I recommend them highly!!”

Ashlee demonstrated exceptional packaging skills and took great care in professionally and securely preparing the artwork for shipment. Violeta was extremely knowledgeable about the requirements and process for shipping such a valuable and fragile item internationally, and she clearly addressed my questions and concerns. Vince went above and beyond by offering to help carry the exceptionally large artwork from the parking lot into the store, which I greatly appreciated. Jenn was also very attentive and took the time to address all of my concerns, ensuring that I understood the process and felt comfortable with the shipment. The entire team demonstrated outstanding professionalism, care, and customer service, turning what initially felt like a very stressful experience into one where I left feeling reassured and confident in their ability to safely ship my artwork internationally.”
