“This is my regular store, and I visit often because I’m currently juggling a lot of paperwork, school, and other projects that require different supplies. It’s also very convenient with a toddler since I can usually find everything I need in one place.
I frequently use their printing, faxing, and other services, and overall I’ve had a good experience here. Most of the staff are knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. There are a few employees who have gone above and beyond, and I plan to mention them by name in a future review.
Like any store, there are a few employees who could work on having a friendlier attitude, but honestly, most of the team is awesome and always willing to help. The positive experiences I've had far outweigh the negative ones.
One thing I have noticed is that the employees working in the print and copy center seem to have a lot on their plates. They're helping customers, handling print jobs, answering questions, and managing multiple tasks at once. At times, it seems like they get backed up, which can understandably create frustration for both employees and customers. It may be helpful to provide a little more payroll or staffing support in that area so employees can better manage the workload without feeling overwhelmed.
I definitely recommend this Office Depot. I understand the store may only have a few years left on its lease, and while I don’t know what the future plans are, I hope corporate keeps employees informed well in advance if any changes are coming. The team here works hard and deserves the opportunity to prepare rather than be caught off guard.
