“I’ve been renting a mailbox here since May 2021, It’s important to me knowing my mail and packages are safe from theft, and having 24/7 access to my mailbox is great. After hours the door is locked but if you rent a mailbox there, you get a door key.
Town & Country parking lot is a big headache at times, but I’ve always felt safe coming here. That is important to me.
The same team has been working here since I first rented my mailbox, and that kind of consistency is rare.I think that says a lot of good things about this store and the people working there.

“I use both the Palo Alto and the Mountain View FedEx offices printing... And the Palo Alto branch in particular has been extremely helpful with the Self-Service large format, printers, and any other printing services. Yesterday there was an incorrect printing of a document on both sides of the page on high quality paper - So I came back today to reprint, and they not only reprinted the 10-page document, but they also printed 5 other pages/docs for free to make up for my 2nd trip. It was such a refreshing customer service. experience! Coming back for all my printing!”

“Hands down the only vendor that operates with this kind of quick turnaround and such a broad range of products. They even print over the weekends.
Johan has saved the day more than once! We needed a last-minute, same-day backdrop print over a weekend and he really pushed through to get it done.
Truly impressive. I don't think there's anyone better in the whole of the States. I get my stuff printed with them even for events in other states. Printing and shipping from them at Palo Alto is still faster and efficient than what it takes other vendors to put together a full booth.”
