I emailed with a question before placing my order and received a prompt response. After a few months one of the bulbs I ordered went out. Again, I received a prompt response and my replacement bulb is already on its way to me. I am very satisfied with the service I received. “Ace Tech did a great job on repairing my Tesla model 3. Service was exceptional. Staff was very knowledgeable, including the insurance aspect. The service on my Tesla is equivalent to the Tesla dealership or better as I had Tesla look at the vehicle as well. They also provided assistance with the rental car and called the insurance company multiple times. And the car was washed, cleaned, and they even organized the times in the trunk. and even folded a towel I had left in the back seat.”

What really stood out is his honesty. When unexpected costs came up due to more expensive parts, he was upfront about it and even showed receipts. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and stands by his word. It’s rare to find a shop that transparent. I ended up meeting him in the middle and paying a little extra to help cover the added cost. It wasn’t much, but it showed the level of honesty and integrity he has—he was even hesitant to ask for more.
The quality of work, professionalism, and integrity here are top-notch. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone looking to save money and still get excellent service.
