“I needed a copy of an old check to prove I made a payment and was having trouble using the app. I went in to the branch inside the John Ferrero building and Nadia Vallecillos and Angel Rodriguez were amazingly helpful. Not only were they able to obtain the copy of the check, they did so after going above and beyond an effort I was expecting. She also informed us that there are 5 designated parking spots behind the bank on Broadway.
While we were being helped another representative came and offered us snacks and drinks! We left handled and happy!! Thanks DANILA and staff! ! This is definately our new and favorite branch!”
“I just wanted to share a quick note about the wonderful experience my mom had while opening a new bank account. A lovely lady Chernele assisted her throughout the process, and we couldn’t be more grateful. She was extremely polite, patient, and helpful from start to finish.
My mom was a bit nervous since she’s not very familiar with banking procedures, but this lady made everything simple and stress-free. She explained all the steps clearly, answered every question kindly, and treated my mom with genuine respect and care.

“2/5/25: Building is nearly impossible to enter. YOU MUST ENTER OFF Los Angeles STREET through the staff parking lot. If you do not know this, you will waste 20 minutes walking around the stupid building. It is infuriating. God help you if you are disabled and trying to do this. Also, they basically just trapped all of their employees in a giant fire hazard, so they will all burn to death because they won’t be able to leave the building quickly enough, in the event of a fire. Staff at the bank is fine.”

“I had the occasion today to visit this branch as I did not care for the lack of courtesy that I got from my normal local Burbank branch. Straight away I was greeted with 23 ounces of respect and courtesy via a sincere how may I help you today? From this branch manager to his agents whom listened to my needs and took action to give me an update via a foreign collections matter. I left with a smile on my face knowing that they will follow through:) Easy to find parking, pleasant staff and again I was treated with a degree of courtesy which one would hope to get from their bank and where they've done business and or held an account for as long as Ive been working in the television and film industry. Looking back this same branch gave me my first loan way back when I was a runner for Epic and Vision Films in the 90s. Thus I have but good things to say and good thoughts to think of this branch and the sincere service they provide.”

“We have been with FCCU for 34 years, since 1989. We have known Laura Jimenez since then. She has been professional, very friendly, helpful, looks out for our best interest, makes financial recommendations, easy to talk to, attentive and other qualities we don't think are common with other bankers. Ms. Jimenez has provided that stability rather than having to deal with a new person every so often. The staff in the Palmdale Branch have also been very helpful, professional, friendly, etc. No request is frowned upon, like the request for a $2 bill which we know they don't always have. We feel part of the FCCU family than just a mere account number. Banking with FCCU has saved us a lot of money. Who doesn't want to save money? The interest rates on our loans have been very competitive. Constantly beating offers from other Credit Unions and banks. Even the big auto dealerships were unable to match the interest rates we've been offered by FCCU. We don't see moving our financial business elsewhere.
