It's for United passenger. The duty free shop is very tiny. At end of the terminal, there are seven gates gathered and not much clear guidance for boarding. Different zone passenger mixed up and very chaotic. It's very stressful terminal.

same old same old united terminal , kinda crowed dirty, smelly. could use an upgrade, like me, sadly united not being very kind to me. waiting at gate 77 to board a flight to Narita en route to Bangkok.
