“On a rainy Saturday, I was invited to tag along with my friend to see if it would be the day she says yes to a dress. Chloe graciously fit us in for a return session that afternoon, and this was our last stop for the day. “There was so many selection of dresses, ranging from many different styles as well. Joy and her team was wonderful and helpful. I had my eye on a dress, but left because I was not yet sure of fully committing. And when I came back, she honored the price she gave me when I was first there, and made sure my dress alterations fit my perception of my dream dress. She is very kind and spoke very sweetly, doesn't make you feel uncomfortable during the trial, and does her best to help you look good. My dress alterations took about a month.”

This was the second I had bought from Javda, the first being our engagement ring. Both times Gloria was very hands on and helped me with customizing, sizing issues and she even directed me to discounts codes. Javda set the stone for us, it was gorgeous and Gloria even paid for my return shipping! I cannot give Javda a high enough recommendation. “I honestly didn't expect to come here, as it's an hour away from home, but they had a dress in store that I was looking at online after seeing this dress online in another boutique but they didn't have it. I had a good experience here that made up for my previous boutique experience. The staff here let me browse through their aisles of wedding dresses, which I didn't really get to do before because the other place the stylist would pull things for me based on what I thought I wanted. Here I was left alone to look at each wedding gown and when I was ready Jennifer got the wedding gowns down for me. She helped me into them, let me walk around in them, didn't pressure me into buying anything. Just how I like to shop, stress free. I was quoted a price for the dress & the price was written down on the card. I came back a week later to try it on again and ended up purchasing the dress. The entire situation was very low-key, I didn't feel pressured, and I got my dress for about the price that it's listed on online. The plus side too is that they estimated my size correctly based off another dress the designer had so that I didn't have to do size alterations.”

She had great suggestions and executed perfectly. She adjusted the top of my dress, length, and also added a bustle for my very long train. I found them to have years of experience in the fashion business; to be patient; have excellent listening skills; and to understand the concept of hard work.
