I have been a Cal Bear member at least 10 years. The recent contact I have had with Kyle Hanson was great! He went above and beyond to make sure I had the exact info necessary to open up two Teddy Bear accounts. He has been professional, polite and informative. Great customer service.

I called in recently and was helped by Kevin. He went out of his way to provide me directions on how to get to your branch, even telling me what streets to turn on.
