The online customer service blocked my order and did not want to release it, thankfully I was helped by Luis that helped me being able to retrieve it so I can have it for my mothers birthday ! The customer service in this store is amazing and I feel really grateful for the help they provide !

Beautiful store. But it’s a common theme for the sales associates defer helping you and passing the buck. I think it’s something management should pay attention to, perhaps they are overwhelmed?
