“2017 Prius right front wheel liner got ripped off and splash pan had some damage from bottoming out...as a result front bumper wasn't seated well either. Gary promised that all damage could be repaired & look decent for about $425 within a day or two (no paint or polishing, but they did apply some adhesive to get the bumper aligned). He also straightened a part of the door sill that had gotten bent. Preferred Image delivered what they promised, and then some--front of the car looks better than it has in years, and seems like a few noises disappeared too. They're now my auto body go to.
BTW, a year or so before we'd had the same wheel liner replaced by Caliber Collision in Los Gatos and door sill touched up. So that was the first place I tried. Wasn't happy with that experience: didn't follow through with written estimate (verbal was about $2,000 they said, including a new bumper). When I asked if there was a less expensive alternative, they suggested I try a low cost mom and pop shop. When I went a second time to get a written estimate, they claimed I didn't have appointment and wanted me to schedule a third one. I didn't like the vibe, did some research, and that's what led me to Preferred (including their being listed in Best of Los Gatos).
Preferred Image was busy too. Seems like Gary does most of the insurance estimates in LG these days, so my noon appointment happened about fifteen minutes later than planned. But well worth the wait. All of the staff I interacted (Faith, Stacey, and a technician I spoke with briefly out back) with were professional and cordial as well. And Gary's a bit of a character, which adds to the fun (for me, at least). I strongly recommend them.”
