The staff at Vintage made the purchase so easy and better yet the shipping from SoCal to New York seamless. They contacted a fantastic local bike shop that assembled the few items that still needed to be done and delivered my beautiful Cafe same day and flawlessly explained the ins and outs of my new ride. I’m a big boy at 6’3” 250 pounds and the pedal assist took a little getting used to but once I got the hang of it, it has been a piece of cake…I’m getting the workout I need and some assist on the bigger hills. The bike it truly a piece of art. Thanks to Eddie and Cam for making this purchase easy and enjoyable. Not the least expensive e bikes, but top quality and you get what you pay for…I’m already shopping for a second. I have 5 motorcycles and have as much fun with this bike as any motorcycle. This little e bike will get up and move so be careful as take it slow…you will be smiling ear to ear!”

“I had a great experience today at Wheel Away bike shop. I brought my Giant Anthem MTB in for a tune-up because it was stuck in one gear and the dropper post cable was messed up. The staff explained that the issues might be fixable during the tune-up and told me I could pick the bike up the next day.
To my surprise, I received a text later the same day saying the service was already completed. When I picked up the bike, everything was working perfectly, and the final cost was exactly what they had quoted.

“George can and will work on anything bicycle related. He also has parts and accessories that you will find nowhere else (other shops will even send you here). If you are into vintage bikes or Eroica, George can not only help you prepare a bike, he has some nice vintage bikes in stock. He is one-man operation, so it can be helpful to call ahead and make sure that he is there (he almost always is during posted hours, but a couple of times over the last 25 years, the door was closed and locked. Stuff happens.”

“I came in on a whim to potentially get a second bike. I was impressed by their selection and how great their prices were. I couldn’t resist picking something up while I was there. They were great in helping me and the lady went out of her way to help me make a decision. She gave me two bikes to test ride and they’ve got a parking lot to ride around in. Ultimately went back in and picked up a 20” bmx bike. The guy working at the station helped to install pegs and adjusted my seat perfectly. The whole rest of the day I’ve just been riding. “Joseph was such a chill guy, very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Did a quick bike fit with him and some adjustments and made the bike feel more comfortable. With the fit, I needed a smaller stem which Joseph helped order. The stem arrived and Blake was able to put in the new smaller stem and the bike rides much better. Thanks guys!”
“I have a bike event on Sunday. I went out for a training ride yesterday and blew out my back tire. I called the shop and they said tires are in stock. So during my hour break from work, I rushed down to Fast Bicycle Shop to drop off my bike to have new tubes and tires put on. I was expecting to just drop it off and pick it up either next day or Saturday. To my surprise, Tom (who I later found out is the owner of Fast Bicycle Shop) told me if I wait a few mins, he could change it both out! Wow! Sure enough, he did the work so quick I was in and out probably within 10 mins and I was able to make it back to work on time! For anyone looking for bicycle repair, I highly recommend Fast Bicycle Shop. The other man that took care of me previously, is named Ricardo and they both treated me so nicely and their work was excellent! I also love being able to support locally owned business! “This place has saved my butt many times w/all the flat tires I get & it's located close to home. James is personable yet professional & is good at his job. He runs a clean efficient shop with various biking (and electric bike) related products as well as having a solid lineup of bikes and ebikes for sale. Repairs are reasonably cost & it's clear this guy knows his stuff so I've never run into an issue w/regard to James fixing whatever bike related problem I'm having. I would def recommend his shop especially if you're looking for a fast turn around & cost efficient solution to your biking or electric biking issue!”

“I picked up the bicycle I had taken in for repairs yesterday. It turned out that a part which I had paid to have repaired several times before was actually defective, and this time they handled it completely free of charge. When I asked, “Are you sure it’s really free?” they smiled and replied, “It was wrong to have charged you before, and what matters is that you can ride safely.” Since I bought the bicycle here in January 2024, I have relied on them for all of its maintenance. The reviews are clearly divided into two camps. I think some people who view it as just an ordinary bike shop may be dissatisfied with the way they run their business. It is also true that because they treat each customer carefully, their work can take time. I also believe they do not cut corners in favor of profit. There is even a sign that says “the shop chooses its customers,” which I take as a sign of their professionalism. All of the staff provide very courteous service. I like this shop.”
