Easy to find, enough parking, friendly tellers, I had 3 people helping with opening checking accounts. Very knowledgeable and helpful. I have heard they are little understaffed at times. That was not the case when I was there. Very clean.

I had a great experience at the Los Gatos Citibank. Susan Moussa helped me remove some charges on my account and changed my account to a type that is a better fit for my banking needs. The whole process took less than 20 minutes and I was treated very kindly. I highly recommend going to this location.
