I did my homework researching about the issue and opening the speaker to access the board.The guy helping me out was quick to take my inputs and was able to rootcause in under 5 mins, and fix the diode in under 10 mins. “Nick is a craftsman in his trade. Yes, he's busy. Yes, there's a backlog on repairs. Yes, it takes longer for the repair to be carried out. These delays are because he meticulously cares and services each piece of equipment he works on. Like any "craftsman" he cares about the end product. This type of service is not bound to quick turn-arounds and shortcuts. Nick salvaged a vintage Pioneer 70's era Pioneer receiver for me. When I picked it up, it was operating better then before the damage that needed to be repaired. He also provided valuable advice on how to operate the equipment so it has a longer lifespan. Also note. Nick is one of a few individuals authorized to work on Accuphase equipment in the U.S. That says a lot in my book...”

“Renee and Alex are fantastic! The fan on my 2017 MacBook Air began constantly running, and after a Youtube DIY of cleaing the fan didn't fix it, I did a Google search for Macbook repairs near me. The reviews were enough for me to reach out. I dropped it off at noon yesterday. Alex did diagnostics on it, gave me a call, and said the sensors on the logic board were bad. He replaced them, tested it, still heard the fans running, and popped it back open. trackpad had gone south, so he called me with an update, and asked for approval to proceed. I asked what the new quote would be, and it was still fair. He moved forward, got it ready, and I picked it up this morning at 10am. My business is back up and running again.Their response time, customer service, proactive outreach with updates, and estimated turnaround time are all spot on. They are now in my phone as my GO TO for any issues I have, Oh, and I'm pretty sure they cleaned the screen and keyboard, because this baby looks brand new. DO NOT HESITATE! CALL RENEE and get up and running again!”

“My five-year-old iPhone 6s (I know) finally died on me & wouldn't power on, even when plugged in. Since my iCloud was full, the backup could not restore the important most recent data onto my new phone. Thus, I needed to get the old phone operable to at least retrieve that data ASAP. Mansoor responded to my request quickly & we were able to arrange for him to run the diagnostic the next day (Saturday)... The problem was not as easy a fix as just replacing the battery, so he kept troubleshooting through the weekend--updating me along the way--&, lo & behold, he got the phone working again (crucially, with all the data intact!)! Mansoor is affable & he saved the day!”

My laptop pooped out on me, and when I trusted Apple to help me out, they quoted me 50.00 to fix a "wire" of sorts, and a week later, I get a call from apple saying my motherboard is "fried" and that it is going to cost 500.00 to replace it. I told them no thank you, and found these guys on google with fantastic reviews. They figured out that my hard drive was bad...not the motherboard. With parts and labor, I left with a laptop that was good as new for only 250.56. Please. Save your time and money and go to these guys! After my experience I wouldn't trust Apple to fix a sandwich! Thanks Computerman! You guys ROCK!”

I was about to send it to nikon (and they would have probs tried to sell me a new camera-oh manufacturers..) but carlos gave me a fair quote and there was past proof they fixed a D850 with great success-were talking non turning on cameras. While the parts are uncommon, they were able to source them in a reasonable time period and they repair was great. While not new, everything work great and already used it on a few shoots, couldn't be more happy. The crew revived my camera!By the way the camera literally was dropped really bad by the last owner.”

“Full disclosure: my device was still under warranty, so I did not have to pay out of pocket for any services provided by UbreakIfix.With that said, a few Fridays ago, my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra that I bought 10 months ago started giving me the "moisture or foreign material detected in charging port" notification whenever I tried to plug it in. I tried to troubleshoot it myself: removed the sim card tray and S pen to air out, hair dryer blowing cool, clean toothbrush to remove debris, tried different plugs/cords/outlets, turned off fast charging, cleared cache and numerous restarts, but alas. I booked an appointment for Sunday 12noon through Samsung.com.I was bummed that my nearest Samsung authorized service center was 25 miles from home. But it's close to the highway and the shopping plaza has plenty of parking and restaurants and shops to kill time at. I was told it should be ready by closing (5pm), but I decided to just come back for it the following day.They seem to be very popular as I showed up within minutes of opening each day, and there were already other customers ahead of me. The employees were all very friendly and knowledgable. While waiting in line, I heard their spiels trying to sell their plan to other customers, which actually did sound like a good deal if I thought I had more electronics that would benefit from it. They were very informative and transparent about the plan, but not uncomfortably pushy or aggressive, which is very much appreciated.When I returned for my phone the next day, they had done exactly what they said they would do and explained the process. I'm very happy with the service I received. I wish they had location closer to home, but I will gladly come back here in the future as needed.”

I made appointment at Mobile Kangaroo through the apple repairs website and they gave me an appointment & said it might cost me $85 to replace the airpods. When I arrived for my appointment, the repair guy (sorry don’t know his name) took a look and removed the broken part off part which holds the eartips , it just took 2 minutes and $0.Highly recommend this place!”
