“MICHAEL did a standup job. He stayed over a. Hour and a half after closing to make sure I went home with a working number and phone. He listened to my input, and was very competent and effective in coming up with a plan to get my phone back working and transferring my service. He finished everything the Nxt day while helping other customers and being the only one at the store. I would reccomend him to anyone needing help with their phone”

“Wow, what an experience. I mean, you never expect much when going into a phone store, especially since the reason I went in was because my bill wasn’t the same when I went to Costco I spoke to the guy for like 10 minutes and he messed everything up anyways, I came in and saw William and Antonio. When I say their customer service was top notch. I mean, I didn’t even bother buying from them because of how much they made it seem like I wasn’t being sold anything there were some of the most friendly knowledgeable and easy to work with representatives at any phone store that I’ve ever been to. Not to mention the store was clean. The music was good. It smelt nice in there and to top it off. The customer service was on point to anybody reading this. I highly recommend this store and I’ll be referring people to come here if they ever speak to me about phone service Antonio and William, I have never met such great people and representatives such as you guys, you guys made my day even my year. My wife passed away two months ago, and you guys helped me realize the reason that I’m still here”

“We met Jack Thanksgiving week to upgrade phones and he introduced us to the FirstNet plan. He took the time to explain the program and all the transfers of our devices. It took longer than expected but he was patient and most of all went above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied with the plan. “When I visited, it was understaffed. Just one guy, and a line of customers. But my fix--a screen protector for my phone, was done while I waited, and the tech who did it was friendly and patient with all the customers at the time. He knew his stuff and the results were excellent.”

I joined cricket for the value but I stay because of the optimal customer service. I dread going to the other providers stores.”

“I came in to pay a bill and Serena informed me that I could qualify for for their new zero finance 3 year agreement and get a new iPhone for free! I ran the app and luckily enough I qualified and got a new iPhone, an apple watch, and iPad! The watch is only $10/month and the iPad is $20/month. I'm so happy with their new Postpaid Services because all the other companies wanted me to trade in my phone and charge a leg and an arm! “I went in to buy a new phone and I was greeted by Jesse, who was extremely friendly and helpful. The process of getting a new phone I had some hiccups due to my old phone not having enough storage blah blah blah. But Jesse was extremely patient and stayed with me for over 2 hours. To help me set up and transfer everything to the new phone .The entire time he demonstrated great patience and I could tell he truly cares about his customers. He was so nice and helpful to me. And treated me as a friend rather than just trying to sell me stuff. He presented me with some great deals that you receive once purchasing a phone and I did buy some items from him, including a new kind of phone charger and other important accessories. He also was a great listener as during our 2 hour plus conversation, I mentioned I was in need of a tablet and he actually offered and showed me some models his store had, which really proved to me he cared. I was there for so long, and he only demonstrated kindness and patience and extreme knowledge of the products. I'm not sure if it was his manager, but there was a very nice woman named evelyn, who was also there the entire time and she was extremely nice and helpful as well. .Overall, my experience with these places is usually terrible and I wish I could give Jesse and Evelyn a more than 5 star rating. They made my experience the best it's ever been and I recommend everyone asks for their help when they need it.”
